WARSHIP IN RESIN BOTTLE / Diorama - DIY Epoxy Resin Art

Hello Dear Friends,
For this month’s project I have created a warship diorama inside a bottle.
I have used the IBG Models plastic kit “ORP Kujawiak 1942 Hunt II class destroyer Escort” with a scale 1:700.
I have first made a hull for the ship using a piece of mdf wood. I created the propellers and the rudder from polymer clay. Then created the sea from epoxy resin.
After the epoxy resin has cured I created the sea surface with Vallejo acrylic gel and highlighted the sea waves from UV resin color and white acrylic color.
I was afraid that the heat from the resin could melt some thin plastic parts
so I have replaced the main mast with one I made from wood and wire
and also used thin wire for the vessel's rigging. Once I finalised building the plastic model, I painted it with primmer and acrylic colors. Then I completed the upper section of the bottle with clear epoxy resin.
Once the second pouring of resin was cured I gave the diorama a bottle shape in my lathe and polished it.
