You got random chests when visiting some warships on leaderboard. So he dropped down to 20 for easily open those chests. So now there has to be a hard reset with Noone having any progress in next season because everything is rigged
That’s the basic gist of it. There had to be a modified reset before this recent chest glitch, because of the first one. Boom is probably going to limit the tokens players over a certain tech level obtain. That would be the best way
What happens at the end of the season? Does everyone start from scratch? Do we get a second ship? does the ship/ tech tree get bigger? I know some people are demanding a reset because of the glitches but what was the plan in the first place?
Everyone's ship gets reset. The tech tree layout changes- for example, warriors might be the first troop you unlock. Everyone's tech tree gets reset, but depending on how far you got last season, you will get an initial amount of upgrade/unlock tokens. Rank gets reset (possibly a percentage of how you did in season 1, possibly a full reset). Chances are, Boom will limit the tokens for high levels this season because of the chest glitch.
@@CosmicDuo That's good. My favorite part was deciding which road to take on the tree. Unfortunately once everything is maxed, the game play is terrible.
I thought it was patched so I didn’t bring it up. Basically if you scout certain players it will give you a chest, skipping the 8hr period. After you glitch it, you’ll have to battle for.
The season is almost over and then we can assess the situation. I doubt I will have a better starting point to season 2 then people who missed the chest glitch. Also about the glitch, if Boom releases updates with glitches people are going to use them. Maybe I was wrong in exploiting, but I think the blame is mostly on boom.
So you exploited their terrible game design to drop down rank to grind out chests. You took advantage of the pay to win system. And you cheated to max out almost everything. And that makes you happy and proud? You should instead be complaining how completely broken this PoS is, since your video does little but show that off. Glad you are happy, but I can’t really understand the attitude.
Honestly I hope a full reset happens but it probably won’t for many reasons. So I was happy I was able to catch up to the initial glitched chest players. The way I see it is this second glitch gave people the opportunity to catch up to the leaderboards. What needs to happen is anyone over a certain tech level needs to be reset to the same starting point. The season is almost over so I really didn’t see any harm in doing this.
CosmicDuo - Boom Beach Fair enough. Glitch also worked in my favor. My response to the update, however, is to put all my ERs on the landing strip. I’m giving away hundreds of ERs while maxing the tech tree, If they don’t do something to address pay to win, I am done.
