Any Agent/Ascendant is already an Omega weapon with the opposite effect. Ascendant/Agent= output PV Omega weapon= input PV The special thing about Luna's new frame is that it can alter the "information" of the target itself

Oh hell nah i love her animations, screen cracking animations are always cool, and the domain expansion like ult is insane, I do understand the lack of oomph with the second ult tho
