this waR started when the UN recognised Israel's statehood. they promised Palestinians statehood as well and told the world there is a roadmap in place for Palestine. Fast forward and Only Israel is recognised and Palestine is occupied by western powers via their proxy, Israel. You must acknowledge the bs and say that Israel is a racist colonial occupying military force and Palestinians are oppressed and therefore have every right to fight for their freedom by any means...

its not complicated. the war broke out, Gantz joined an emergency coalition government (to take credit when victory came) but the war dragged on. Gantz insisted on a "war cabinet" where he could sideline smaller right wing parties. In later 2023 there was a temporary cease fire to release hostages. Gantz saw his party rewarded (but so did netanyahu's party.) Then Gantz went to the US for a secret meeting with the White House. He was heavily criticized for this and his poll numbers began to fall. He then left the government (just as four hostages were freed by IDF) and the polls are showing his party bleeding mandates. As for the "war cabinet" it is not necessary as the emergency coalition broke apart with Gantz leaving. A broader coalition can not take its place. its cheap politics by a cheap politician.
