She knows she is suing the wrong person. She doesn't care about that. As long as a stupid judge gives her money back, she doesn't care. The person who is responsible is nowhere to be found, so she is suing the person she could find.
Unfortunately, she's an idiot, an absolute idiot. Because Judge Judy was trying to be nice and help her figure this issue out. But she won't be helpful because the plaintiff's so stubborn, and that makes her a fool.
You obviously don't buy many cars. I scored both my dusters 72 and 75 on Craigslist. Just don't be dumb. If the deals are too good to be true, it usually is. Smarten up people.
@@bryceocain5234 No. I don't buy many cars. I am glad your craigslist purchases worked out for you but that has nothing to do with my comment that *I* am not buying a car from craigs list. Good day...
I bought several cars on CL. Good place if you know what you’re doing. Dealership can rob you just the same. At least your guard is up on CL. And I’ve bought many other good things there. Just saying.
@@sophocles1198yes there is something mentally wrong that she can't see that he was also scammed. She made up a story in her head and convinced herself it was absolute truth.
This case looks messy. The plaintiff either has some convincing evidence that the defendant is part of a criminal fraud conspiracy, or she's going to lose the case. I'm not convinced that the person she handed the money to was acting as the agent of the defendant.
No, she's suing the wrong person. And Judge Judy tried to help her, tried to get her to listen, but Erin's stubborn, and Judge Judy won't help her no more. Which makes her a fool. Just an ABSOLUTE FOOL. Judge Judy keeps telling her what the law is.
@@moderator7169 Sure you can. You can easily get someone arrested on an allegation. Assaults are arrested on allegations ALL THE TIME. You don't live in the real world. Someone says so and so hit me and the cops go and arrest them. It's called TESTIMONY.
@@moderator7169 Maybe in your America but exactly why are people being freed after spending most of their lives in prison? Are you serious 🙄👌🏼🤣 because of witnesses who look just like her convinced that she is sure, and Police will definitely back her up in ANY statement she gives GTFO
@@podsmpsg1 without knowing the 2nd video yet, I can think of multiple ways he could scam or unknowingly scam her. It sounds like the guy bought this car from another guy or was he the middle man in selling it? Case sounds like she can't register the car and or get a title for it
KAREN she thinks she knows EVERYTHING this young lady will get someone ARRESTED for what she believes not based on evidence, she's definitely turning the story to benefit her OWN gain 🙄
I'm sure that to some extent he was acting because that was expected of his 'character' on the show, though. Judge Judy herself probably doesn't yell at people that much in her off-camera life either, it's all TV.
Why do yall expect him to be smiling and tap dancing?! We only see him on this show which is not a total reflection of what his day to day routine may be like that makes him look this way. I’m sure yall probably rude af on the job but Byrd is supposed to look and be friendly 🙄.
@@ImOnAJourney I have a lot of experience with buying used cars from other people, you just have to know what you're doing. First thing you do is check the registration paper to make sure the car belongs to the seller, then look at the service history to make sure the engine is well looked after and then take it for test drive to see how she runs.
@@Brandon-vj6zz With all the ways people can fake the records, I’m still not so sure. I’ve heard so many horror stories over the years from people who have really been taken to the cleaners.
Both parties are articulate, respectful of the judge and each other, not talking over anyone or exhibiting any of the usual behavior for a Judge Judy episode. Is this the right show? Is this a Judge Judy Twighlight Zone crossover?
So funny look at plaintiff when JJ ask her to look at the defendant she doesn’t just turn her head and look at him turns her whole body. She doesn’t want to mess her hair up.
Lady seem like having hard time to understand.you completely suing a wrong person.you both need to track that loser scammer who scam both of you, you don’t need to bring this innocent man to court who also got scam.
To who ever making the video for JJ please can it be put into one whole video, I’m going to watch regardless but it’s better having it all in one video
Please correct that when you upload the next part to this case thank you Attention everyone Don't click on part 2 just because this one was uploaded 20 minutes ago it'll take you to another case that was from a previous day ❤💜 Happy Valentine's Day❤💜
and people get mad when their check dep from a sold vehicle gets hold. cmon! chase just wanna completd the verification for thr protection of you and the bank from anu losses
If my car is stolen I am right down to the police station, not ringing them 3 times, I am down in the station, in their face making a report? IMO very odd behaviour, no video footage of car been taken from a gated community, red flag. BTW how did the wife not realise the car was gone, very, very dodgy.
