Preferably i dont like f1 2020. The traction on it is horrible its a literal slip and slide even on medium tc. Overall i much prefer f1 2019. Perfect balance of everything from physics to traction.
what i love about this game is how simple the driver moves and car development were. Since 2020 theres Team acclaim, driver acclaim, a budget, facilities and it´s all so terribly balanced. In 2019 you just had cheaper upgrades for low tier teams which meant they could catch up easier, fast drivers sort of just picked the car they wanted at the end of the season and since rule changes made such a huge difference in R&D order you´d still end up with a scenario like: Hamilton choosing McLaren since they are the fastest car at the end of season 3 but they messed up the rule change nd boom you had Hamilton in a midfield car while Alfa Romeo nailed the rule change and now you have Grosjean and Russel fighting for the title. Sure, it´s unrealistic but I loved it.
@@lnzob I mean I've never played it on wheel but the handling is great on controller if you have the right car setup imo that being said, i had f1 2020 on xbox but my xbox is busted and the delay from controller to screen is like a second so i'm trying to sail the seven seas for 2020 but I can't find a safe download for it because keys are like 100 bucks for pc 😭
F1 2019 is the first f1 game ive ever played when it was on xbox gamepass and it was essentialy the game that got me into f1 and i have only good memories and its defo my favourite f1 game.
1:05 In Poland it is Robert Kubica alongside Lewis Hamilton on the cover Edit: It is safe to assume that there are different drivers in local copies with a local driver alongside Lewis Hamilton
@@Blockhead-lc6fr that’s not too bad either. In the track tho there were only 19 entries including invaludated. But I’m getting close to the human limit
Hahahahah the "Brazil Mentioned" meme is pure gold. Thank you for this, hugs from Brazil. (and thanks for the great video using the mod I made for F1 2010 as a reference)
@@lnzobI know, the original livery is available for download part. Both Red Bull and Mercedes have some details from 2011, which I included, because... Yes. Mercedes, Red Bull 2010 and Ferrari without Barcode are in the extras folder.
I remember the 2019 f1 season was the season that got me back into F1, McLaren had Sainz & Norris in a decent car, i always wanted to go a grand prix back then, and 2022 was the year that finally got to go to a f1 grand prix
I swear, this man is either the most real person ever or just looked up a bunch of facts before hand lol. Anyway f1 2019 was my first f1 game and I had pretty good memories of it, the classic cars surprised me tho. I completely forgot they where that much of a thing in f1 2019. But great video all around, especially for such a small channel
F1 2019 was my first f1 game and it was soo good. I even went back to play it a couple months ago cuz I missed the cars and liveries. Still a fire game
The Only F1 game I’ve actually enjoyed playing alon the career mode, the only one I’ve actually gotten to end the to. I’d say is the way the game is simple, is just very straightforward and idk how to explain it but it’s just more entertaining. And even if the handling isn’t as good as others it’s still fun and nice. So yes, I’d take F1 2019 every day of the week before any other F1 game Edit: Amazing video, very well made :)
I watched Australia Monaco Austria Silverstone Belgium Italy Russia Japan Mexico Brazil Abu Dhabi I could’ve watched the rest of the season if I wanted but I didn’t have access
*Kvyat got the call up in 2015 and he even beat Ricciardo the 2016 is a whole separate topic but he deserved that redbull seat more than Albon because he has more experience and he defo wlda performed better
I also think you’re bugging about the graphics between this one and 2018. There’s a clear difference in graphics with the cars, the track around, and the weather it’s almost night and day😂
The graphics looks more cartoony in the day time and the lighting is pretty exagerrated at night as someone who's attended mutliple races F1 2018 feels the most believable
like good video and all. But dude do something with the CLICK CLICK CLICK noise from the shifting. I cannot watch the video full its making me insane. Better mic or, comment it after the video recorded. Idk.
Bad engine sounds and questionable physics (bad traction, very sluggish, heavy cars) made it an unnecessary step backwards. Other stuff obviously improved like graphics esp at night. F2 and a story like career mode as well as driver moves were also great. But gameplay is the most important for a racing game and F1 2019 was a disappointment in that regard
That they went backwards in regards of physics and engine sounds was confirmed by F1 2020 were Codemasters were taking a more refined 2018 approach and abandoned where they left with 2019
When i played it in 2019/20 I thought it was very good and very fun but looking back it is very bland, its the representation of you dont know how bad something is until you realize how much it can be imporved and the newer games have so much more in them
More doesnt mean better thr F1 Life stuff is the most useless introduction to the F1 game and subbing out classic cars for supercars which handle like boats is dumb
@@lnzobI have to disagree with you, F1 2019 is just so bland and basic compared to the new ones, no new team, no f2 driver transfers just the same 20 drivers for a decade 💀💀, no licensed music just the same song over and over again, the transfer process between teams was boring and unrealistic, Race starts were unnecessarily hard, they had so much potential with incorporating F2 into driver seasons yet you could only do 3 races and only 1 of them was a full race, and its the same thing with devon butler and lukas Weber, so much potential with them but u saw them in 3 races and after that they weren't used in any way
@@lnzob i could keep going but it would get boring, F1 2019 is just a lackluster game and the only thing I agree with you on is the classic cars mode being removed
@@Ayo-zv2ky Oh ur talking about F1 2019? Cuz I u mentioned F1 2020 aswell yeah I alr said at the end of the video that F1 2019 has nothing going for it anymore
