Before landing the role of "Hoss" in the western classic "Bonanza"...
...Dan Blocker played a grotesque alien monster in the 3 Stooges comedy "Outer Space Jitters" (1957).
He was mistakenly billed as "Don" Blocker.
Two years later he would become a world famous TV star.
I neither own nor claim any rights to this material. Just having some fun with it. Thanks for watching!

They missed the final scene when the Three Stooges babies had a babysitter. It was the goon. The Stooges jumped out of the window. "Lookout below!"

They gave a Purple Heart to everyone who was wounded, That's no big deal, Some soldiers had like 3 or 4 of them, They would give a soldier a Purple Heart just for a leg cramp.

My uncle was killed in okinawa right before the end of ww2 and was rewarded with a purple heart he must have died due to a leg cramp

Lucille Ball had a bit part in an early Stooges movie! Phyllis Diller had a tiny part in the movie, Maniac (1934).

Lucy with blonde hair! The 1934 short she appeared in with the stooges was called "3 Little Pigskins".

I think that if Mantan Moreland had been the third Stooge, those comedies would now exist in the same politically-incorrect limbo as "Amos and Andy" episodes and Disney's "Song of the South." Anyway, I'm a big Joe Besser fan.
