WAS I WRONG ABOUT THIS TANK??? 

His expectations are so high because of his playstyle. In this video it seems at least, he is quite aggressive and doesn't really play passive which makes him bleed health whilst changing positions and all of it while shooting on the move. Such a playstyle would be great with tanks like the leopard, 140 and similar accurate tanks with good stabilization values. But a kpz isn't suited for that playstyle. It's a versatile tank, a jack-of-all trades basically, like the 62A. It doesn't really excel in one category in the medium class hence why it could feel lackluster in general. It's quite a biased commentary, expecting more of a tank that simply doesn't correlate with his playstyle.

Wrong again , the stb1 different than other meds because his extra insane gun depression . And strong turret armored that very hard to be pen even with most of the gold shells. But has no upper hull armor . On the other hand why that kpz50t is similar to e50m because they have same gun depression, they also have pretty much same turret that cant be pen with regular shells , but all easily be penned with primer rounds. They all have good upper armor that can stand most of normal rounds when it is not angled. But of course that kpz50t's upper armor is weaker than e50m because it has more dpm and turnning speed . And also both those two tanks are the two heaviest meds

​@@tint6625 I disagree. The STB has one more degree of gun depression than the M60 and amx30B and 2 more than the 48 Patton, Carro, Leopard 1 and so on and so forth. It isn't radically different at least in hulldown capability as the m60 and 48 patton definitely enter that category of playstyle. The kpz is not far from it either, its 8 degrees of gun depression allowing you to work most ridgelines granted you know how to use them to your advantage. It doesn't have any statistic that defines its playstyle. It is a jack-of-all trades, like a 62A whilst retaining a fair amount of gun depression. It's accuracy, dps, stablization also are somewheat closer to the 62A than to the E50M therefore I wouldn't consider this to be a fair similar comparison. In the newest update too, the 62A got a hull armour buff that can ricochet most mediums often, however being butter for heavies and TD's with high or somewhat average pen. It is the same for the kpz.

@danbadie4130 well i disagree that , the 3 gun depression actually would make a huge difference if you have those tanks as comparisons. You will find in many places with stbs you can easily shoot targets hiding behind the hill , but e50m and kpz50t can't do that without going over the hill and exposed himself . And for t62a , t62a's upper armor needs to be angled to become stronger but kpz50t's upper armor become much weaker when you angled it side way . And when meds against t62a , usually they must use gold shells , because not enough pen for upper armor , and the lower plate is too small , most of people wouldn't try to shot a moving t62a's lower plate. And heavy tank and TD most of time can pen t62a's upper plate with regular loads if is not too much angled. But for kpz50t is a different situation, just like e50m , most of HT and TD and MT cant pen kpz50t's upper plate when it's not angled . So they would aim for the lower plate, which is a much bigger target compared to t62's lower plate.

@@tint6625 This is relatively rare as most maps are workable with 8 degrees of gun depression, maybe on highly elevated spots like lagoon in a STB can be key to victory. And even then you can work any ridgeline with a kranvagn that has 9 degrees so why not other medium tanks as well? Nevertheless, I said that some mediums are basically similar in terms of their playstyle to the STB like the Patton series. For the latter part of your comment, you're comparing sizes of the hull, the kpz and the e50M both got relatively large lower glacis plates but that does not mean that their playstyle is similar. It's like saying because the E4 and E3 are similar in shape and weakspots therefore they got the same playstyle. It isn't by the way. You cannot pen the upper plate of an E50M even with premium ammo for basically all the mediums and arguably all heavy tanks unless in an elevated spot aiming directly at the plate. The kpz, on the other hand, as soon as base high pen or premium ammo is involved, its entire hull, like the T62A's is a guaranteed pen. Even if we don't take into account their armor, the accuracy and stabilization values of the Kpz are similar than the T62A's while the E50M maintains accuracy on the same level with a leopard 1. And tungsten, really? How is that similar to an E50M? The E50M is a tank of its own. No tanks come close to its playstyle. It's the only medium tank that can bully a heavy while ramming it. It can sidescrape and play like a heavy, can you do that in a kpz? It's based on the E-series, boasting armor whilst retaining the versatility of a medium tank. No other medium comes close to it in Blitz, at least.

For me it’s something similar - it doesn’t pack the accurate, mobile punch that Leo 1 does and it isn’t quite the fantastic bully e50m

STB-1 with its low profile strong turret and 11 degrees of GD is the best MT in tier X. Nothing comes close to its level.

@@YousufHasan98 That tank is pure hulldown, in other medium areas is not that good, the KPZ offers a balanced hulldown gameplay while being nice in other areas as having really good DPM, the M48 also does that great too.

the Leopard 1 is the best he have the best gun at t10 and insane mobility the STB is good but not the best the T-62,T-22M and E50M are better in many situations the problem with the STB-1 is he only works in hulldown Positions the hull is useless he is a slow Medium and the gun is meh the turretarmor and the gun depression is good all other stats are average

@@iidoughnutholes3087 not really I still say it's op, I did 4500 damage and it was just a 2nd class so ppl can do well with it the trick is to stop moving when shooting which can punish you alot if you don't have good map awareness. So it's a really strong tank in the hands of pros but not for most people

The turret will be pretty much all red against mediums’ AP if you run enhanced armor. I think it’s a very wise choice to do so, as it makes quite the difference. The thickness of the turret against AP is around 260mm so it is basically the exact amount most mediums have if they run calibrated shells after all.

Also, I have kpz 50, I never expected it to play the way it does but honestly it was a welcome surprise, the gameplay is very fun

he is not op because other Mediums are better the STB-1 only have gundepression and turretarmor all other stats are average a op tank must destroy everything in all Situations as a exemple the M18 Hellcat have more firepower than the most t8 Mediums the best mobility at t6 10° gundepression and the best camo at t6 thats a Real op tank

E50m would smash your stb specially in a 1v1 situation and face hug
