@@saad12103Bugatti hasn’t used novel engineering in a production car in over a decade. Everything after the Veyron had been copy-paste with some small tweaks, incremental improvements and different body panels.
@Harrappa Lmao why are you so afraid of having a conversation? There were 11 or 10 cars with the 1MW pack and what CvK is saying is that the Agera RS record car was a customer car and was homologated for road usage with proper crash tests.
@Harrappa Kind of? It's a specification you can choose, they didn't really manipulate anything, as the One:1 project also had the 1 MW engine so they offered it to Agera RS owners. It was the owners idea to go for the speed record too. To its core the Agera RS is a track car, like the One:1 but just dialed back and with comfort in mind.
Well he said it’s “much slower”. He didn’t say the real version is “slower than a Koenigsegg”. That’s like saying a athlete broke the Olympic record while on steroids but even when he wasn’t on steroids in the Olympics prior he still won the race anyway🤷🏿♂️…he’s still faster/better.
they did, the category it was supposed to race in was abandoned before the CCGT could race in it. It's racing in the GT heritage world tour in the GT1 class now
The 300+ as per Bugatti is visually and technically inspired by the prototype and could never be an identical unit to the prototype as it was missing a passenger which wasn't the case with the 300+!
Weight has no affect on top speed, weight only affects acceleration, also buggati had all these measuring equipment fitting on the car, also roll cage for safety, the main reason they used a modified car was for safety reasons, no dares to do 300 mph except bugatti, where is Koenigsegg's 300 mph record, ya they are scared to do it.
@@W1nkey_ ya, Chiron SS is electronically limited to 273 MPH, due to safety reasons. It clearly did 304mph. Koenigsegg claims 330 MPH. They haven't even crossed 300 MPH.
@Visakh_S_Nair Limiters aren't a problem for top speed runs, they can easily disable it and do a run. Or is it that they know it's not up to standards? I know it's not official but the Absolut has already done 310+ MPH on a chassis dyno which simulates air resistance and rolling resistance according to CvK. All they are waiting on is confirmation from Michelin.
You focus on a line, apples to apples, but he said prior to that, you cant look at it like you think, granny smith have much more compliances to fit in while you just enjoy the taste of Golden delicious.. You want top-speed, Golden Delicious, now you can only drive where they are homologated! If you want a homologated car that can drive fast and everywhere, you need to settle for Granny smith, in your analogy! Poor question after listening to it all ❗
