Thank you for sharing that, being in Australia I don’t know about that travel show. I’m not surprised though, every time I’ve seen Henry Winkler on anything he has always been so friendly and happy. Not surprised Shatner was a shat 😂 Thanks again, Jodie.

I can picture Shatner with that breathy laugh saying: "I'm not sighing that"!

Even though I'm a casual fan of Happy Days, I'm more of a fan of Winkler as a human being ❤️. This video just adds too his awesomeness.

He was nothing but nice, even walked through the line at points and shook people's hands before he met them.. really made a difference for everyone.. I bet he gets a lot of people wanting to see him again

He is best. Met him in 2014. He and the late Sid Haig whom I met numerous time before he passed ---they got it. And loved us. Both of them made EVERBODY feel like SOMEBODY.

@@freebirdjackson5511 - Yeah, the costumes are fun, but not a chance I would wait in line to meet any celebrity, much less pay them to sign something.

I can't believe people even pay for this stuff. If actors are down on their luck, sure, make a few extra bucks where you can, but $300 for a signature? Maybe if Elvis came back from the dead for 1 day, otherwise, not a chance. I wouldn't pay anyone 10¢ for their autograph. I'm surprised Henry Winkler would even do a show like this. He cannot be hurting for money, he must do it for the fans and/or adoration.

Carl wasn’t the most friendly

He wasn't far from me few years ago (wish I'd gone to meet him, huge Rocky fan). He was only charging £15 for autograph

@@brandongranger6436 I guess you have to get him at the right convention. Met Carl at the Motorcity Con in May 2023. Couldnt have been nicer. His autograph was 80$ on a photo I did up from his movie Force 10 from Navarone. When we told him we were from Canada, he asked what city. We said Hamilton Ontario. He said 'we used to beat up on the Ticats all the time'. He said he was in the Canadian football league for three years. Then we talked about that. Very nice man.

Henry is always approachable. One of the nicest guys in Hollywood. As he told me once, “I’m just having fun now.”

I got to go to Pensacon and I got to meet some of the sweetest people. I went mainly for the Doctor Who guests and they were so precious and just wanted to sit and visit and talk to everybody! So if you ever get a chance to meet Paul McGann, Sophie Aldred, Sylvester McCoy, Janet Fielding, Colin Baker or Daphne Ashbrook, they are fabulous and wonderful people!! Even got Paul and Daphne to sing Happy Birthday to me and they let me record it ❤️❤️!

I'm glad they didn't tell me in advance.. then I got to film him saying no photos.. now his fans know if they see this video.

I myself am not a huge fan of crowds either, but especially waiting in lines.. I guess going to these are a great way to exercise patience! Haha

He really was. And he looks you in the eyes when he talks to you, like he's trying to add it to his memory

There's never anywhere to sit.. we tried.. so packed you couldn't get seating unless you went way early because people would grab a seat for one panel, amd never leave

I cant imagine I will go back to this one..to me, when people are spending so much CASH, and most likely untaxable money, I would think the least they could do is allow people to film or take photos of their interactions.. they run it too much like the Christmas story slide.. sign an item and get out of the line. The real kicker was giving a review about my experience compared to other shows, and the organizers came in the comments all butt hurt.. sorry, they just don't run a very good experience compared to other conventions

That's hilarious! Yeah, when you pay $300 why should you get what you want? Haha, that's exactly why I left the clip of him in the video saying no photos.. I have no problem if that's how he wants it, but fans should know before they go... and hopefully now some will..

@@DazewithJordantheLion agreed lots of reply’s defending his position said all you want to do is sell it. Not the case obviously things like this don’t stay with us forever and your going to have it go to younger family members. This has them have proof and they can do what they want. I’ve seen family members think they have something that they were told was real and was proven fake. Some say get it certified at show but I had gone up to the JSA table at a DOTD event and have them ask who it was they were verifying. 🤦‍♂️ If they sell the ticket they should say no photos at table. Fine then it’s up to me if I want to do it or not. More than likely I get an event flyer and document it. Even then you should have the prestage person say Mr. weathers doesn’t want any photos taken. Awkward to have him tell you that in what should be a cool moment. Still a great piece and I hope you get Lundgren on it soon.
