She used to melt people's heart with her beauty from Fin.K.L days to her solo days with uncountable hit songs! We took a look at her heyday when she evoked 'Lee Hyori Syndrome'. ※ sps01020@awesomeent.kr ※
Absolutely true!! My first k pop artist I got into back in 2004- love her so much. Somi is the 2nd prettiest for me. Still can’t over her collaboration with CL!!
As incredible as she is as a variety show queen, her primary identity in the entertainment industry is a diva - one of the most successful girl group member and a female solo artist in the history 😊 also, I’m glad this video focused on her singer career, more young people need to know what huge influence she had in the k-pop industry.
@@salbenrosli707 ??? That's my point. I said more YOUNG PEOPLE, which you call Gen Z. Also, you are contradicting yourself lol You can't say "everyone" knows when you just said that Gen Zs don't know.
Correct me if im wrong. Some celebrities have a bold style/stage/opinion because of their quite western upbringing but hyori and hwasa do not. It's their own mentality and i respect them more because of that.
it's just difference in personality and personal values. Korea is still a conservative in comparison to western countries but people are still able to express themselves freely. But it's different for celebrities in any country. Openly expressing your personal thoughts and opinion in from of millions of people is very different than expressing your opinion in front of friends or family.
I love Hyori n hwasa but to compare their boldness with other kcelebs with western as if the rest of entertainers are westernised is a bit......... Off, your statement's all over the place. You do aware that her whole career based on western pop black female singers in the 90s...all those hop earrings, clothes, attitude, she's literally the embodiment of Korean version beyonce,, that's literally her brand. Her mentality is always compared with western black singers... She and hwasa literally the opposite of what you're saying. They're not exactly being themselves either, western music literally influenced them. And that's not a bad Thing. And this is coming from me an Asian, my only problems you boldly said other celebrities influenced by western as if western entertainments is only one and what part of western have anything to do with bold or not bold??, and hwasa Hyori are bold because they are not western influenced? Have you listen to their music at all????
@@kermitsakura365 Chill sisterrrrrr :)) I'm not her so I don't know what really she meant but I think she means that if we see the others (not comparing just saying please dont get mad), we can see that oh its influenced by western culture. Sorry if explaination is a bit bad huhu. But what I think she mean is that we can see directly that oh its western influenced cause tbh not all but some of them we can see that they are not comfortable and we can see they try hard to do it (applause to them for trying! its not wrong at all) but when we see hwasa or hyori or some others celebrities, they are so confidence and does not look fake (at most time). Its not like they are forced to do so, but its like they do it as in it is in their soul. We all know hwasa loves beyonce tho hehe and personally for me I can see that she likes her and is learning(copying sounds bad) the way beyonce do it before but slowly nows she do it in her own style. hehe
@@kermitsakura365 okay, sorry for having an opinion but not able to clearly express them in words like you because of my limited vocabulary in english. There's no need to overanalyzed what i said, just take it in the context of nurture vs nature. I dont follow celebrities life, just liking their music and stage manner and if im not mistaken they are both born and raised in korea. What i meant is it's not easy to be that bold when you're from a generally conservative society. After a few weeks of hectic schedule, i thought of leaving a comment on a video i happened to watch because im impressed with her and want to share my sentiment with others so i dont appreciate my statement getting turn out of context like this. Jeez, ppl are getting offended everytime and by everything nowadays.
