WAS THIS $20 BASEBALL CARD BINDER WORTH IT? ROOKIE CARDS PICKUPS & NEW ADDITIONS - Weekend Recap 

Justice was my favorite player growing up and it was nice to see some other kid out there thought he was worthy to go in his little binder.

Griffey is one of the few from that era who is "junk-wax" proof. No such thing as a bad Griffey card in a Mariner uniform.

I was 8...my older brother convinced me mark McGwire used to live up the street, and he was also the singer for Metallica......

Well the binder is worth $5 on its own, so figure $15 for the cards and you have a great buy, even if there is alot of junk era cards, they are still great cards. I like the random worn 81 topps Phillies card in there. Once again great stuff.

For $20 that was a phenomenal deal...great pickups🤙🏽🥃

When I was a kid I had a collection, I thought it was worth $500; eventually sold for $100. I was lucky to get it. You got a good deal for $20. I don't collect much junk wax, the Donruss Canseco RC is scarce in centered condition; I bought until I got a 10 w/ 10 auto.

nice binder jon you did great man loved the acuna ...i went to the fleamarket this weekend found a pau gasol 2003 topps chrome rookie for a buck in a dollar box i know its basketball but i collect baseball basketball football so i was happy as crap and found three alfonso sorianos rookies from 1999 all for a buck i dont see them too often in the wild thank you for sharing your adventures with us jon

I can't believe you skipped right over that 1982 Donruss Yogi Berra without mentioning it's awesomeness. If I recall, the back of that card is just blank space on about 1/2 to 2/3rds of it.

Nice pickup on the album for $20 - especially when the album and empty pages are worth at least $10.

Card collecting died after 1990. They went to making postcards instead of classic baseball cards.

Hello. Can any one tell me when PSA allows 60/40 centering on the front of a PSA Gem 10 card? I've looked at hundreds of cards now from the early 80's to the present and couldn't find a card with worse than 55/45 centering in either direction on the front. This is in spite of the fact that PSA says in their grading description on their web site that the front centering standard is, "not to exceed approximately 55/45 to 60/40 percent on the front.

You would have to open a $1000 worth of packs to fill that binder up. That binder easily has $100 worth of cards in it even at a quarter a piece. The 1990 Score Bo Jackson Football/baseball is my favorite along with the Griffey Topps Traded rookie. Lot’s of other great cards as well. Nice score Jon! Take care.
