I think the background may be the problem. If you change the it to something other then a plain-ish blue gradient then it may look less “fake”. Also, some of your more popular videos have had more “detailed” backgrounds

But any good thing he does, no one ever reminds him of it. This guy has made it his job to entertain us, and guess what we’re doing to him. We’re calling him a narcissist, telling him his thumbnails suck, like what is wrong with you guys? And if you make the argument that he doesn’t entertain you, then why are you reading this comment? Why are you on a secondary channel video reading a comment? Jack I feel really bad for you if you are reading this. And for the viewers, we have to change. In the thumbnail, it’s really your head throwing me off. It looks AI generated, your face doesn’t seem centered? Or maybe it’s your general head shape? It’s really throwing me off tbh

Thumbnail issue is that mr Beast thumbnails look Ai generated already; it's over worked, over saturated, and after he changed them all to close- mouthed, is shows even more. I don't like that kind of thumbnail, which is why I preferred the first version for Pewdiepies's award video, the second looks worse to me. What I minded with the Mr.Beast video the most was actually the title as it's a total lie... The total impression was therefore worse then if it was one or the other...

The thumbnails are ofc "good for views and clicks" but just feel too fake. Take the PewDiePie one for example. His face looks too smooth and there are some tiny details that made it a bit...weird
