In my last video, I had picked up this new Ken outfit, and I thought it looked a lot like the outfit that the original Allan doll came in back in the 1960s. Let's try it on one of my 1960s Allan dolls - and a couple of recent Kens - and see what we think!

I thought Allen immediately. To bad Mattel won't make an Allen Doll from the movie. Allen was always my favorite.

Although it is a different outfit from the original Allan outfit, I think the similarities make it a modern take on the look. Now that I'm seeing your Allan doll I really like him and I'll add him to my "want" list. The outfit looks great on your Ken dolls too! 😊

Allen doesn't get enough love and attention from Mattel, so this is a refreshing change. I do agree that this lil striped number is VERY Allen-esque, and he wears it well! Thank you for the outfit unboxing 🎉
