Not sure which beings you are referring to, but the elongated skulls they have found of Annunaki did have crimson red hair. Higher dimensional beings are kind of hard to see in this dimension so it's hard to tell for sure what they looked like. I met an Arcturian IRL when I was around 5 years old, although I remember being taken aboard craft earlier than that. They typically have pale blue/green skin, but all I could see was a white glow, they glow like a lightbulb, but I could see the gold hair and a halo around the head. The hair looked like light or plasma and flowed out and upward like the being was underwater. I could hardly look at her (was a feminine energy) at first. Just a question have you looked at the oldest Egyptian mummies? They are red haired blue eyed and as many of the old paintings in Egypt show light skinned people as they do darker skinned. To me, this is all folklore. Might be true, might not be but what should translate is that Jesus, just like the characters depicted and just like some of us today were and are knowledge bearers.
