The mousse on top would've been bomb too...to give extra hold and less frizz. Your definition looks good though. I think I'm going to try this collection this weekend...I got it in the March Curlbox.
Sometimes products even from the same line will create flakes due to the different make of each product, their ingredients, and purpose. Most lines tell you which product to use first or which ones should be used together. I personally wouldn’t have used the foam and the curl cream together. I would suggest either using the cream or the foam for your styling. The slime also could have been a big reason for flakes.
I tried the sea moss collection tonight and the sea moss foam and the curl cream made my hair frizzy. I had to wash it out and redo my twist out with the curl slime. I was excited for this collection but now I am disappointed.
I’m definitely more in love with their Blueberry Bliss collection but I would definitely go without the foam for styling. I never use foam for styling my hair regularly because I really think it would mess up my results.
@@jasminerachelle5083 I've used the Doux Mousse Def for styling my hair and it works really well. You might want to try it out. I use it for twistouts and they last all week. It's usually my go to but I just wanted to try out Curls because of the sea moss.
