There is a woman in Pakistan that keeps asking me if I would help her get Jakub’s rugs that need mending. That could be so awesome, but I can’t move to Poland or Pakistan, so that is doomed. Those tassels were made from the warp and weft of the looms and while weaving and knotting and making the carpet. There isn’t much of a way to repair them. It is so beautiful - I hope they can read all the comments about how beautiful we all think their carpet is! 😍😍🤩❤️❤️❤️🌻🌵

It’s being March here! Windy, cold, hot, nice. Take your pick of weather - we have it! My HVAC people called for my June AC checkup. Turkish-made rugs have beautiful and complex designs. I even saw little girls with small hands weaving; I don't know if they had health insurance and retirement plans. I asked but received no answer.

@@JoanDenoo - no the handmade rugs usually have a design specific to a region/village/family and the girls begin learning the patterns at a very young age. Starting on smaller rugs or saddle bags … learning a bit at a time until they can join the other weavers in producing the full sized rugs on huge room sized looms… so no health insurance or retirement plans…

Some of these can take more than a year to make… since usually only one person works on any given project at a time…

He actually never changed his watch! (My nephew, who worked on the farm with Grandpa every summer, won it at the farm auction, and wears it, still set to MST, while living in Zoscigic time zone, in Washington! 😍) As a farmer, that worked better. He hated it so much, because we lived right on the Mountain/Central time zone, so it was always a fight to get to the right place at the right time for repair parts in the summertime. I just like never having to change my clocks! Arizona and Hawaii! No daylight saving nothing! It’s now 4:40a.m. And I’m reading replys and comments and still haven’t watched today’s video! 😂❤️❤️🌻🌵

Yes, in the very beginning of running my company I had this situation. Now I warn the customer that the carpet can be damaged and the last word is up to the carpet owner whether to wash the carpet or not 🤗💖

I used to apply that same logic to cleaning things in my life: if it is going to destroy it to be cleaned, and I don’t want to use it while dirty, I always opt to clean it. If it is ruined, oh, well. If it is clean and perhaps only a little wonky and I’m happy - then Yay! 😂❤️❤️❤️🌻🌵

Cześć Linda 🤗💖 There is not one specific number. Sometimes I will wash 3 carpets sometimes 13. It all depends on the size and how dirty the carpet is. When it comes to drying, the carpets hang on the drying rack for at least 24 hours. Here again, it all depends on the thickness of the carpet 😁

Watching one of your older videos of you cleaning your friends vehicle seats which were disgustingly dirty, I noticed you said the cleaning agent was obtained from England where I live. I think that is the color of the fringe/tassels. It is the same piece of thread used to weave the entire carpet, and it looked like it was a beige color. What an amazing cleaning, yeah? 😍🤩😍❤️❤️🌻🌵
