It’s incredible. He hauled that piano all the way into the kitchen to be beside the washing machine and make music together with it. So imaginative! So hardworking! So motivated! So creative! Bravo! Bravo!! 👏👏👏
This duet could have been done with a keyboard, or a split screen. But no, he chose to take a full piano to the machine and wear a suit. That’s why he is the boss.
@@fosfozol Huh, I didn't know that! It's very similar here in the US, though I'd say we use a lot more Samsung machines than we do LG. They're still the dominant brands though!
OMG I always wondered what my washing machine was playing at the end. Now I can answer: Die Forelle, Opus 32, Otto Erich Deutsch catalog entry 550, original composition by Franz Schubert My OCD and pedantry is now satisfied. Now if only I can figure out why my clothes dryer seems to cycle in a 5/4 time, not quite like Dave Brubeck's "Unsquare Dance" and not quite like the Gorillaz song "5/4".
Out of sheer curiosity: did the tune come built-in the machine? I have a Haier and it also chimes happily when it finishes, but it's good to know there are other brands that 'sing' !
@@PSKRevy My understanding is that Samsung appliances play tuens at the end of a cycle because the Japanese love classical music. My washer plays the same tune.
@@PSKRevy And yes, it comes with the machine. I was frankly just standing there in blank shock listening the first time a load finished. I hadn't expected a happy little tune to play. It works great because the length of it gives you time to say, "Where's that sound coming from? Oh, yeah... right."
Man, that piano brought back memories. I had a 1836 Vierling very similar to the one in the video. Was given to me by a friend in Chicago and I moved it to LA and to Austin over 25 years. It just lacked the candle holders. Thanks V.
Ah, the Trout! One of my favourite melodies, even when played mechanically with a washing machine. And you used my favourite of all of your pianos, with its rich, old-fashioned tone.THANKS a LOAD!
That's awesome! I often wonder how our ancestors survived without appliances to do all the work while playing pretty little tunes throughout the house.😄
My girlfriend's parents had one of these, and it drove me INSANE for weeks because I knew I recognized the song it was playing, but couldn't place the name. Finally got it and remembered Die Forelle from music history class.
The first time our new Samsung dryer played that, I didn't know the song, but then I went down a rabbit hole on RU-vid watching all the funny, talented videos of people playing along with Samsung appliances! lol
😀 just wonderful! Thank you! I have the same washing machine and it actually took me some time before I understood where the tune came from. Just awesome. I already loved doing the laundry and now its even more fun.
The word genius is being overused these days thanks to the Tech CEOs's sycophants, but in the case of Lord Vinheteiro, it fits perfectly. We bow to you!
I’ve thought about recording the little ditty from my own washer and drier. It’s totally different and shorter than the one this one plays. This one performs a concerto !
Yes, we have a Samsung washing machine and it plays "Die Forelle" when washing is over, same with the dryer ! I expect we could change the tune, to get may be a Dies Irae when the clothes are very dirty, a requiem for black clothes (or when they are very old), etc. but no, it's "Die Forelle" that's it.
Oh My Goodness - I mock my Samsung washer every time it plays that little tune - And Now You've done a fun accompaniment that will be forever stuck in my brain !!! Thanks :)
😂😂 I've got that washing machine and my wife and I sometimes do a dance to that tune if we happen to both be near it at the end of the cycle! Now this will be in my head every time! 😂 Great channel dude! 👍
LOL!! I also have a Samsung washing-machine and, like yours, when the program is finished it plays "Die Forelle". Well, I think that Schubert is very well known in Korea!! 🤣
This is wonderful. We used to have a Samsung washer and always sung along with its merry tune. Now we have something that just beeps at us. I miss the tune.
Fabuloso! Na casa da minha namorada tem e quando a máquina termina de operar eu falo pra ela "Olha lá seu videogame te chamando!" rs. Excelente vídeo, já mandei pra ela ver!
Oh my god! Thank you! Do the LG one pretty please! Nobody knows what it's playing though, haha. It seems to be remotely reprising the "My Bonnie lives over the ocean" or somesuch :D
@@iconicshrubbery Oh a typo obviously, thanks for pointing it out. Darn iPad has a mind of its own. Really. I am a good keyboarder, poor proofreader and I need to learn to do better.
That's my washing machine... yes, it has melodies to let me know when it's finished or if there's a problem The washing machine is almost inaudible, even with the spin at maximum. What makes the most noise is that little music... it sounds quite loud
The first time I heard my Samsung washer (and dryer) signal the finish of a cycle and played this tune, I told myself, 'I know this tune!' When I told the salesman at the appliance store what it was, he looked at me like I was crazy, so I gave him a youtube link to a performance (of the "Trout" Quintet, which has a set of variations on this tune) so he could compare for himself. Reminds me of the use of classical music in kids cartoons (remember the Bugs Bunny take on "The Barber of Seville"?) and TV show themes (the nightly new analysis, "The Huntley/Brinkley Report," used the Scherzo from Beethoven's Ninth Symphony)... probably because it was outside of copyright, therefore didn't cost anything for its use. Insignificant? Perhaps. But it made a difference in the music we appreciated later in life. Compare to what kids who didn't have that exposure listen to nowadays. Case closed.
Sometimes I’d be at work quietly humming and “la-la-la-ing” this tune…then thinking…where have I heard that song before? Then I’d realize…it was my Samsung dryer!
Heard that song so many times 🤣🤝💪 Now we have MIELE machines and no more that satisfaction ring tone 👏 Tästä laulusta tuli aina mieleen kappale ”No laitetaankos pesä myös pikkulinnuille”
