Washing machine not filling with ENOUGH water: removing the flow restrictor to improve fill 

For the main wash, (in my opinion) water below the door is quite adequate. For rinsing it is not though. You also mentioned that it could have been like this from the very beginning? It might have accumulated residues inside, that's why the clothes smell musty? The last resort is to replace the pressure switch. However, you might want to disconnect the NTC and re-connect it. That apparently resets the machine's electronics, or at least in the HW70-1202, this was done if you wanted to reset the model, to the highest spinning, highest capacity one. Therefore the display showing 1409 means 1400rpm 9Kg, 1408 means 1400rpm 8Kg, 0806 means 800rpm, 6Kg. The system when turned on after adjusting, only lets you decrease, and by doing the NTC disconnection and re-connection makes the system start from the biggest capacity, fastest spinning model. To do this (if I remember correctly) you have to press a particular button (Easy Iron, I think?) and turn on while holding this button. Perhaps someone accidentally hit this function and decreased the capacity or something?? I discovered this through the service manual , which should be available online... I will try to find it.

I think the plastic hex key socket on the pressure switch is just a dust cap and the adjustment screw is underneath. The red paint is what they put on after its calibrated.

Just a few insights! The only culprit here should be the pressure switch, because that's where the "go" signal comes from. Maybe it's gone bad, and it's closing before the water level reaches the correct set point (I'd play with the adjustment cap, as suggested). Now let's talk about "enough water". I have a modern washing machine, that gets the clothes completely wet and stops filling when there's an inch of water inside the drum. The only way I get "clean rinses" is when I use a program that performs a fast spin before the first rinse. If I use a quick program, that skips spin phases to gain time, I get "soapy" rinses right through the final rinse. I see boomers complaining that the only way is a top loader with a full tub of water, but the one and only rinse those machines perform is soapy and mucky. There's no way I'm calling those clothes clean.

The red dot with the screw/alan key socket On the pressure switch ( this is the water level amount) turn it clockwise a full turn. as long as u are not in ur warrenty period. ur fine. turning it does void the machine.. but when you do adjust it... make sure u keep eye on your machine. because u could flood it.. But also adjusting it can degrade your machines performance. You could try - The washer's water level is determined by the Load Size option. The electronic control is programmed with default Load Size selections. If a user selects a Load Size and then rotates the knob to change the cycle, the Load Size setting will be automatically changed to the default for the new cycle. But like most say, turn the restrictor all the way until it stops turning.. these hairer machines are such a pain!

Put on the rinsing cycle the a lot of water

I thought you told me you turned the pressure switch but in the video you said you were going to adjust it next time. And if it is true that you turned it why did you say it worked, but the problem is still there. Turn it it might help.

Have you posted the dispenser door out and cleaned inside because it could be that some of the holes are blocked?

I would say inadequate water pressure run a hose up to it off the mains pressured outlet 😊

Never had those Haier machines, are those reliable or trash? We have those Haier machines here in finland but i have never came across one
