I've often remarked on how spotless Mugumogu's house is, so it's funny that she still experiences the need to clean before repairmen arrive, same as the rest of us.
It’s surreal to acknowledge other humans in the world of Maru, Hana, and Miri. I think one of the many great things about the channel is we only ever see the cats, sometimes other critters, and Mugu indirectly.
YES... Well said. It transports you to a special world. There is an aspect to the current popular world that seems distasteful to me and whenever something reminds me of it, there is a heavy sense of sadness and exasperation that comes with it. But you know that you have special media when it can take you to a place where you feel less burdened and there's a sense of openminded possibility, humor, loving serice, happiness, and creative play. (I always dreamed of such a benevolent place in real life I could be part of.)

We learned a lot today. Not only that you clean before the repairman arrive but that they bring their own slippers and mat to work on. Maru supervises all visitors and checks often on their progress. You warn them before that the big cat is comming and you hold Maru not to disturb the work. I assume that gives you an opportunity to look in politly and not appearing nosy. Hana is curious but hides until they leave checking Maru's butt maybe they gave him a treat while he socialized. Miri hides and retreats after they left so all those strange smells air out before life continues. Maru taking a nap in the blue tub shows his superior status as the owner of the house. Would he patrol with a box on his head if you let him ? Did the repair people react to Maru's visit or is that unpolite and not done in polite society of cats or humans ?
