Still breaks my heart that Ms Val didn't choreograph a routine for Brooklyn Moors. That was one of the things I was so excited for when I found out she was coming to UCLA.
9.90 for Selena Harris' bar routine? With those handstands? Seriously??? There really seems to be a very different standard at some regions. That routine in other meets I've watched here would have been at least a 9.50.
Why did Lee (UCLA) only get a 9.875 for her vault, but Campbell (UCLA) got a perfect score for the same vault. What were the deductions for Lee's vault please?
Lee probably doesnt have the height and the distance like campbell. and unfortunately judges tend to be a little unfair to the first gymnast in a rotation...
maybe because theyre less strict on judging the anchor, it would be better to take a hit or miss score from a really good vaulter at last position than 1st or 2nd. personally, id want her to be throwing doubles, 1.5 is not enough for her
@@Theoriginalprincess agreed expect I don't mind Emma on beam and Chae on floor although I could definitely see Selena anchoring it all. I think since Selena is so calm, confident and consistent it helps calm the last few anchors on those events
Omg Jenelle please take Margzetta off bars. She NEVER consistently scores well. 9.875 at best isnt going to win against Oklahoma. She was the anchor last season and I never understood why. It drives me insane. She should at least be first because Chae would score better.
@@hazelnutspred3348no..Ucla is one of my favorite teams. I love her on floor but she never really scores well on bars. Even if she sticks it she is lucky to get a 9.875/9.9.. I watch every meet..I love her on floor but she shouldn’t be the anchor on bars.
@@Theoriginalprincess I’ve been watching since 2016, marz has been consistent on bars up until her injury. And last season she ranked in the top 15. You’re very clearly wrong about her. I do slightly agree she shouldn’t be anchor. And that Emily lee should be in the lineup as well
@@hazelnutspred3348 I mean i think she is a decent bar worker but to be in the anchor spot and you barely average a 9.9..idk. Ive been watching since the days of Peng Peng and Kyla Ross..so Ive seen her compete plenty. Her handstands are not always great. I think its her spot in the lineup that bothers me. KJ would never allow her in that spot and thats why they are so dominant.
