The travel tour vlog chronologically progresses from early morning to the small hours of the night, showcasing daily life around Washington D.C.

The Smithsonian museums and the monuments are my favorites. The Smithsonian museums are among the best I've ever been in. Easily the most extensive.

Just went to DC today! It was a beautiful sight! So much to see and respect our soldiers that have fallen for OUR FREEDOM! FREEdom is NOT FREE. Washington DC is a cool and fun place. I Would def go back!

I went in 1995, pre Sept 11, 2001 and was able to go inside the White House for a unique tour. A lot has changed (and understandly so) since then. Regardless, Washington D.C. is a wonderful and fascinating place to visit.

One day in our nation's capital is not nearly enough. One day is not even enough just for one of the museums. But someday we will have virtual tours that are practically as good as being there, which we can enjoy without burning fossil fuels and wrecking the planet.

You did a very nice job of representing the national Capital. I like the fact your piece doesn't have music and we hear the sounds. It's a small city, but probably the most beautiful of American cities. I also think San Francisco and Savannah are gems. The power of the place is palatable despite the frustration a majority of Americans feel about the Center. I'm glad the place doesn't have skyscrapers like the other cities throughout the land. Although NYC is my favorite American city, I do love the District of Columbia.

+OSTARAEB4 Annapolis is possibly the most beautiful colonial city. Charleston SC is beautiful and I agree on Savannah. San Diego is very nice as is Miami and Naples Florida.

NYC is the real Capital in many ways but glad DC is the official. I love BOTH cities. D.C is beautiful and NYC really isn't but NYC has so many different vocations unlike D.C I feel. I feel D.C sucks you up with the government. I think NY'ers are grateful it's not the official Capital but as brash as a city they wink wink if they even give D.C a thought or anywhere else.

I worked in that city between 1974-1978, before the Metro subway was completed ("the streets are made of wood!") It looks a lot cleaner now.

A beautiful intro to the city. The Smithsonian Institution and all associated museums, including the National Zoo and Air & Space Museum, are *FREE* for admission. The A&S has special IMAX movies at night after the rest of the museum is closed. Newseum charges admission. The National Mall is 2.5 miles long, so take a taxi or bus. The Metro (subway) goes to a lot of places but not the entire city. For special tours and admissions contact your Congressman. Plan your stay and do less walking.

I visited D.C. about a week ago while visiting family in the area. It was amazing. Unfortunately, the Air and Space museum was packed, looks like you got in at a perfect time. I was also a little disappointed that the Reflecting Pool in front of the Lincoln Memorial was under construction and had been drained. It was fun nonetheless and I look forward to going again!

You should move, good-paying jobs. Move to the city and use public transport, those who drive are suburban folks and don't even live in the city mostly. Real Estate is expensive, but like I said good-paying jobs.

Hello, I'm visiting Washington DC in September, can someone please advise me the easiest way to get to the 9/11 memorial at the Pentagon. I've only got two full days to explore and I've been told to get the Big Tour Bus to Pentagon City and walk about a mile!!!!!

When I lived in southeast with my older sister there were plenty of things to do ;). And I didn't always hang out in SE. She moved to VA but still within metro lines so close to the city, and we are moving there from Indianapolis in the summer. I look forward to it but coming from Indiana who wouldn't lmao.
