No need, you are totally right on this one brother. Broderick has an incredible technique but is not very creative and just vomit 10000 notes per second without much meaning while you can remember and maybe even sing Drover's lines!

Broderick just sounds like a robot, his solos to me are very technical and good but also very boring

Yeah, I loved this lineup, they had good chemistry with the Drover brothers. United Abominations is a killer album. I'd also argue that this particular bassline from Lomenzo is more memorable than many Ellefson's. Don't get me wrong, Dave does have some great stuff, especially with the first 5 albums, but Lomenzo is a more melodic bass player and veers of the guitar a lot. It makes for a more layered musical experience. Unfortunately, the way people felt about Broderick, I feel about Shawn. He's very mechanical. A very good player, very solid, doesn't miss a beat, but lacks creativity. He stays in the Megadeth box and keeps it vanilla, with the exception of a few songs like this one. With Kiko and Dirk, it's like having Marty and Gar. I loved Nick, but Gar was Megadeth's best drummer. Dirk is very similar. Listening to Dirk play stuff from the first two albums tells me he gets it. Nick played Gar's stuff in the style of thrash. Very energetic and hard hitting. Dirk plays it very much in a progressive jazz fusion style, as Gar did. He's doing things most people can't even hear, especially with ghost notes. Its very dynamic. And with Kiko, the guy puts the feels into his solos. I can't imagine what he will do having been in Megadeth for years. He just got in when Dystopia was recorded, so with some years touring and playing Megadeth over and over, I'm sure he will kill it.

Glen Drover's vibrato is amazing. Only comparable of all Deth guitarists till now is Marty's

It's really good. Sleepwalker is probably my favorite 'Deth track.

One of the stronger releases in their modern era. Solos galore on this album.
