Another extraordinary film gentlemen, I am impressed as always! I am a husband, father of four and a self taught hunter with several years of black tailed deer hunting under my belt and have only recently, in the last two years, have taken up black bear hunting here in Washington. I somehow convinced my beautiful wife to enroll in hunters education and she has been my scouting and hunting partner every day since. I would be humbled if given the opportunity with new gear, and if so I’d continue my efforts in taking home my first black bear. I realize that equipment is an expensive endeavor, especially after researching everything that is available out there. I’ve appreciated what PNWild has done for the hunting community whether it’s through simple gear reviews, the ongoing education through your films, or the advocation of conservation efforts within Washington…especially now with the continued removal of spring bear and the proposed changes to the cougar season. Thank you Jeff, Bobby and Zack for all the hard work that you do. It never goes unnoticed.

Hello, If I win, I will be taking this package on my son’s first Oregon Mule Deer Hunt in the Steens Mountain unit. He will be turning 12 this year and it will be his first year deer hunting in Oregon. He will be the one with the tag and it sure would look nice to see him shooting his first mule deer with this rifle and package. I apologize in advance to his football coaches, but hunting is just as important. We are going to backpack into the mountains, just father and son, and have a trip that we will never forgot! God bless all the public land hunters out there, who have to grind for their animals. I’m looking forward to it, thanks for the great content PNWILD!

Love the film guys, gets me excited to get out on my first spring bear hunt of the season this Sunday! As for the rifle and gear, in all transparency I'd just take it on any and every non-archery hunt. My oldest of 4 boys just acquired a youth passport here in Idaho so I'll be in the transition of looking to take him on as many hunts as possible. He's been shooting a .243 we borrowed from my good buddy and handling it well so in theory we could both use the gun in tandem on the hunts. Anyway, I appreciate the content and the down to earth feel you guys produce. As a filmmaker myself, I understand how freaking difficult it is toting around all that gear while checking focus, audio levels, etc. in the chaos of some moments. That aint no easy task. Hello, I am 24 years old, this is my first year attempting to start hunting ever, I would take this bundle on my first ever deer hunt here in eastern Washington. Thank you guys for the opportunity!

4 years ago, I sent a text to my wife with a pic of a Dall Sheep. The message said, ‘I want to go on an Alaska sheep hunt for my 50th birthday. I’m an Aries and I’m going to shoot a ram.’ That hunt is coming up in August 2025. I’ve been training, I’ve been practicing, and I’ve been saving many MANY pennies but I am going on this hunt. It will be the adventure of a lifetime in the Wrangell Mountains and this is where I would use your giveaway gear.

I would take this package on one of the many high country backcountry fall bear hunts I go on every year in the north cascades near Mt Baker. By far my favorite hunts of the year are in late August and early September chasing bears in extremely difficult terrain and unreal country. Thanks for sticking up for us hunters in Washington, you guys do an amazing job fighting for conservation in our state!

I am a life time duck hunter from washington and have recently gotten into big game hunting. Thank you for sharing your success in our beautiful state. Most people think it is the worst state to hunt in but seeing your videos gives me hope that I can hunt it successfully.

Hello, I’m a disabled vet. I’ve been following since last year watching your bear videos in WA. 4 days after finding y’all I shot my first bear. A 300lb cinnamon at 20 yards while elk hunting. For this rifle, and gear I’d use it while I back country Idaho with my father and brother. Something we’ve done every year since I’ve returned home from the service. Love watching yall. Thank you.

I would take this rifle on every outdoor adventure veteran trip that I get to be part of. I was introduced to hunting at the age of 30, by default of having been wounded in action in Afghan. Fast forward 11 years later, I have become a volunteer ambassador for a handful of non-profit organizations that support our veterans and firsts responders. This year will be the third annual wyoming elk hunt and this rifle would be legit if it made an appearance. Great video series! Great gear!

PNW team. What perfect timing it seems. Me and multiple buddies are getting out of the Army in July, and taking a true backcountry trip August 1st for WA fall bear. That is exactly where this rifle would be headed, right back to the Washington border of Canada! God Bless PNWild, and God bless the United states Army Rangers.

Been following this podcast for over a year and working on getting into better shape to emulate these guys and det further into the bush, especially going after those ursus americanus in the Selkirk range in unit 113.

I’m a newer hunter with two young boys! I’ve strictly been hunting deer so far but your videos and podcasts have motivated me into starting to get into bigger game hunting like bear and elk! The rifle and gear would be HUGE for me since it’s spendy to upgrade from my current gear with a toddler and newborn! Tuning in from Western Wyoming. It’d be nice to put some gear to the test out here in the wild yonder, in and around Jackson Hole. This year I will be going up into an old creek bottom I haven’t been up since 2009; canyons and draws where I know elk and deer make a living. This place heads up 3 miles to an opening with beaver ponds and willows, then doglegs into another basic for 3-4 more miles. The last time I was in there we spent a weekend and found a patch of wild strawberries and onions near camp and even some Native arrowheads up in the hills. There’s animal sign, water, food and shelter with north-facing timbers, game trails crossing into meadows and bedding areas and benches where Google Earth can’t take you. This area has scattered springs and creeks where game trails are plentiful. Can’t wait to make this long-awaited adventure a reality! Keep up the good work… The film quality speaks for itself.

I just moved to the PNW in November from Michigan, missed most of my hunting season, sadly. If I won I'd be using the equipment to take my first big game in Oregon on film!

Really awesome bear hunt. Really fun to watch this hunt and see you guys get it done. I would love to take this on the Washington Elk hunt that I am hoping to get drawn for. Been putting in for 12 years and hoping this year I can get drawn for this special unit and being able to make things happen. No matter what can’t wait for this season and see what’s in store.

I grew up backpacking the North Cascades, but never got to learn to hunt. My family just wasn't really into it, since we butchered our own beef and pork, so we didn't need to rely on game meat to fill the freezers. However, it was something that I always wanted to do, so winning this would allow me to chase that dream, now that I'm almost 50! Never too late to try something new!!

Love the videos getting me ready to go after my first fall bear this year. I stepped away from hunting when my dad passed away 5 years ago he was my hunting partner my whole life ill be 40 this summer but this year I'm getting back to it got my sports pack and I'm ready to fill the freezers again

So elk get September, then I get to spend October and early November with my wife chasing blacktails! My girls start hunting in a few years too. All good stuff. I watched this series with my 4yr old daughter and she was SO into it! When this video ended she said “Daddy can you take me on a bear hunt?”. Great job on these vids! I’d use this package to take her out on a bear hunt with me here in WA. She’s been coming with me to set trail cams ever summer since she was 6mo old and now she’s ready to join me for the real deal!

I’d love to take that package on the high hunt I have planned in the central cascades this year. It’d be nice to have a light setup like that while being packed in 12 miles for 6 days. You guys have had such a positive impact on the hunting community in this state, keep up the good work!
