Yeah the Laserwash 360 Plus is cheaply made. It’s made out of aluminum and plastic as opposed to stainless steel and fiberglass. PDQ started to suck when Dover bought them. There last system that was quality built and not cheap was the Laserwash M5.
Alberta Car Wash Channel they are like the exact same the 360 and the plus models are just like a newer washworld razor they are just newer models also it is pretty similar to a G5 or a ultrasonic (I’m not blind I know this reply is from like 2 years ago) (wait the G5 is bulky -_-)
A local car wash owner has a Water Wizard 1.0 that’s starting to show its age after 16 years of use. It’s been a great system, and thanks to past experiences with Razor systems in the past, I recommended this system as a replacement as well as a site to check one out for themselves. However, in order to add some flexibility in choices, I also suggested a few Oasis systems, though since those tend to have more moving parts, I still stand by my opinion that the Razor is one of the best touchless systems out there. Here’s hoping to the owner choosing a Razor as the eventual replacement.

I'm sorry I didn't get to you sooner! There are updates in application processes (additional adjustment and pressure, to help car wash owners increase abilities to run a green car wash system) but, the biggest updates are within the body, design and weight of the product. This product weighs significantly less, has increase of protective coverings/foam inserts to reduce its ability to be damaged. If you look between videos, you can see that the arm and bodies are completely different designs. Let me know if you have any other questions. :)
