For all those talking about united having players missing. Liverpool were missing Alison, Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Van Dyke, Robertson, Mac Alister, Szloboszlai, Gakpo, Diaz, Nunez.
those are all positives for Liverpool that they did not play, Liverpool are stronger without them. Specially Van Dyke and Alexander - Arnold missing strengthens them

Bit of a overreaction this is only a friendly with a mix of 1st -4th tier players. This doesn't define the outlook of the season. A few of the players will be needed this year. Sancho for sure, not as a starter. But services will be needed.
Eriksen is actually good if you play him in the correct position was one of the strongest at the Euros for Denmark and the strongest of all if you look at all the matches.

As crazy as this sounds after beating United 3-0 i think Liverpool didn't look right, i think it was because Konate looked slow / rusty and Van Der Berg only came on in the second half when Slot started rotating the kids in. Might be Van Der Berg or Szobo missing or maybe they have just been run a bit too much in the heat but they didn't press or hunt in numbers like they did against Arsenal.
No way to know if the manager is an issue at this stage, I would love to discover that Ten Hag is the worst manager of all time, simply because that would mean we have cleared out and got players that can play how he wants to play, if he then isl failing then ok. Currently there is no way to know. In fact all we do know is he has managed to win a couple of cup competitions using the deadwood.
The same players are still playing for the team from previous season we can’t expect different results. Also don’t excuse Rashford from the list of players u call out and ask to be sold every video he is part of the problem and need to go.

Even those people had limited knowledge of professional football industry, but overall they are still professional bankers or business persons, how do anyone who has any common knowledge of business will giving out contracts like that? For example, Antony was on 20k a week on Ajax, no one else wanted him back then, he desperately wanted to come to MU, why on earth gave out a 200k week wage??? I've just watched Hansi Flick (The guy Mark said he's just another Ten Hag) Coach a Team full of Academy players and in less than a Month they're playing amazing football against Champions League winners. We saw Unai Emery takeover from Gerrard and without any signings he completely transformed Aston Villa look at them now, Xabi Alonso didn't need World class players to make Bayer Leverkusen a Tiki Taka machine and almost go the whole season unbeaten.. Y'all can chose to ignore or not admit it but the truth is Ten Hag cannot take all blame but he definitely ain't a good Coach at least not for Man UTD. Manchester United has International players, we have prodigies like Mainoo and Garnacho, we have stats merchants like Bruno, we have UCL winners (Casemiro) Varane too last season.. Why haven't we seen anything like what does Ten Hag do in training sessions!??

And Mark said one of the main reasons to keep Ten Hag was he would get rid but hardly anyone has gone and the injuries are back it’s gonna be a long season

I think United got let off the hook in the first half by Konate looking well off the pace, between Konate and Szobo missing (maybe the work load and heat had an effect too??) Liverpool looked slow compared to the Arsenal game.

We are not getting injuries because of the fitness department. The reason we get injuries is because of how we are playing. City does not play like we do. The pace at which we run up and down the pitch is insanity. We try to press high and get the ball back quickly and score as quickly as possible. We lose the ball and then need to sprint back because we do not hold our shape and because of the type of defenders we have at our disposal. Then if we win the ball back we force it baack up the pitch trying to score as quickly as we can on the counter. There is no holding onto pocession to give the team time to breathe. All the top teams keep pocession until they can make a chance for themselves. There is purpose to their play where as with us we try to do things at such pace that we do not get time to think. Also we get gassed from doing sprints up and down the pitch every play, causing us to misplace passes and pick up injuries. Ten hag needs to change that about his game plan. Our press was good in the first half but everytime we win the ball back we try this counter attack bs instead of recycling pocession and taking our time to put the ball in the back of the net.

We were so bad. Rashford is lacklustre, Sancho cant pass or receive without giving the ball away, no striker, no effort and our defence is a disaster. Collier looked ok in midfield but other than that we will be 8th again this season or lower

Rashford will go back to the same style as last season he's greedy and hold the ball to long. Prior to De Ligt, we need a wide channel defender. Todibo is available for £20m but we can't touch him & Branthwaite is unaffordable at £70m. Thanks u Glazers for giving Casemiro £350k a week, even Saudi can't afford him. Antony(£200k/week), Maguire(£190k/week) & Lindelof(£120k/week) unsellable.
