This is the same way in getting other peoples' opinions in the car mod world. If I hypothetically didn't care about money or had a ridiculously large budget to work with, I'd piss off total strangers telling me to sell what I have and buy better. They act like I'm spending _their_ money. Go ahead with the ridiculous mod and I'd get slander for it until a moderator locks the discussion.

Yeah, but scammers are scammers and no matter how someone talks to them, they still say horrible things. One of the things i dislike in the baiting world is that i can hear other scammers in the background, yelling, cussing and threatening real victims, and i (non realistically) wish there was a baiter for every scammer, so this whole scamming operation would go down forever.

i’m a Geek Squad agent. we get multiple people a day who come in sobbing because they were a victim of one of these scams. every time they tell me how dumb they feel and every time i reassure them that they unfortunately aren’t the first people to fall for it. thank you for keeping these scammers from hurting more people.

Hey Kitboga. This literally just happened. I work at a hotel and i overheard a lady in the lobby stressing over her money missing. She was saying “i have to go to cvs and get a card?? Okay let me ask if there’s one around”. I asked her “can you mute your phone so i can talk to you?” She did and i asked her “are they asking you to go get gift cards?” She said yes and then i said “they’re trying to scam you” Once she hung up, i told her about how Kitboga on youtube entertains and raises awareness of scams. thank you.

I've got an Indian friend and the other day during a conversation he said 'each and everything' and all of a sudden my mind went 'Oh, you might be getting scammed right now.' Anyhow I told him about Kitboga and watched part of Steve's episode together and he loved it. We watched another episode on Zoom together and he helped translate all the Hindi insults. The things some of these Scammers say in Hindi makes Sailors sound like school kids.

One of these guys called my grandmother while I was over visiting her earlier. I used the strategies you use to keep them on the line for about an hour just doing a bad old man voice and explained how the scam works to my grandmother so she's always wary of them. Huge thanks to the master!

I got a scam call for the first time a few days ago, I didn't know how to react, so I told her to call me back later. Then when she did I said I'm not home because I went to a target store to buy gift cards in case she might need them. And it DIDN'T tip her off. I was flabbergasted and told her I know what this is, she asked if I'm a POS, I said she should really be asking herself that and she accused me of wasting her time and hung up. It was only thanks to Kit and Jim that I knew how these scams work. I wanted to waste more of her time, but I just came home from doing the night shift and was too tired to do that.

@Kitboga you need to make your fake bank account allow Zelle transfers and reflect it in the transaction list. Then the scammers will think they won but then they will get confused / mad when they realize no money was actually transferred.
