วัดโบสถ์ (หลวงปู่เทียน) จังหวัดปทุมธานี เก่าแก่กว่า 400 ปี ประดิษฐานพระพุทธรูปสำคัญองค์หนึ่งนามว่า “พระพุทธจักรพรรดิ” หรือ "หลวงพ่อสมปรารถนา" ภายในวิหารพระรามัญประวัติการสร้างตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2160 ใครชอบเที่ยววัดโบราณ น่าจะถูกใจเพราะวิหารแห่งนี้รักษาสภาพเดิมมาได้ดีพอสมควร แม้ผ่านกาลเวลามานานกว่า 400 ปี สื่อได้ถึงความศรัทธาของชาวบ้านแถบนี้ ช่วยกันดูแลรักษาจนอยู่ในสภาพดีแบบรุ่นสู่รุ่น การได้ไหว้พระเก่าแก่ตามความเชื่อถือว่าอำนาจพุทธคุณสูงมาก และที่สำคัญยังอยู่ไม่ไกลจากกรุงเทพฯ
วัดโบสถ์ทางเข้าอยู่แถวเชิงสะพานปทุมธานี หรือที่เราเรียกกันว่าซอยวัดมะขาม จากปากทางเชิงสะพานปทุมธานีเข้าซอยมาเพียง 500 เมตร เดินทางสะดวกครับ
