Adam van Koeverden is one of Canada's most celebrated athletes. He won a gold and bronze at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and a silver in Beijing four years later and this summer, Adam's heading to London for his third Olympic appearance. My son was preparing for exams a few months down the line, and he was so inspired by this vid, particularly where Adam talks of focusing on the bit that needs to be done today. Great paddler, enjoy life AVB!

The paddle is made by Turbo! Adam's paddle resembles the Gamma from Jantex but is much stiffer.
