Because of NATO agressive policy. Stoltenberg secretary general, Biden POTUS - the mismanagement of the western world is slowly leading us to a conflict with Russia. NATO's policy should be redirected to expanding less and negotiating with Russia if they want to get along. Russia is definitely not to blame for bad relations - Putin wanted them in early 2000s, the west denied, his fault?

Something tells me that Bush did 9/11 because he wanted to get people more open to conspiracy theories perpetuated by the KGB/FSB - and he was successful enough that 20 years later, a LOT of people still believe in it. These conspiracy theories made people desperate for a solution, and next step in the plan is to insert Trump (another one of Putins puppets) as president, with the promise to "make America great again"... I like Mr. Putin and think he is a good person....no matter what others say. I just also think that the USA needs to (butt) out of others affairs, and stop thinking that the world can't function or live without them! Trust me we ain't all that!!!!!

Putin had nothing against Ukraine joining NATO, talked about Russia joining NATO, went on many western leaders meetings, Medvedev said that bad relations between the two countries are no more... But guess how NATO reacted to it? Expanded even more. That's funny, and now people wonder why Putin changed his mind.
Deep down, I really think Bush and Putin had a decent relationship. And here we are today - Putin invading Ukraine. So tragic. Why can't we just get along?
@@dexz8721 We went to Afghanistan after 9/11 attacks on US civilians that killed 3000+ Americans. Going to Afghanistan was in no way whatsoever unprovoked unlike Putin's invasion of Ukraine. We invaded Iraq because there were multiple incidents - refusing to cooperate with UN inspectors, history of prohibited weapons and technology( when Iraq did cooperate for inspections in mid 1990s), flouting airspace restrictions and no fly zones, history of giving safe haven to terrorist groups, not to mention Hussein's Baʿathist regime’s brutal human rights violations, including gas attacks and poisonings. Also the US was the target of anthrax attacks and at the time of invasion it was unclear who was responsible - there was a lot of speculation but it wasn't until 2010 when the final investigation had reached any conclusion about the anthrax attacks - well after the start of Bush declaring war on Iraq. I am not a big supporter of Bush and I know that public opinion of Bush -- and his declaration of war (after he gave Hussein multiple ultimatums to cooperate or leave Iraq) -- is overwhelmingly against him. But it's not as simple as the anti - Bush media makes it out to be.. And there is no comparison between these two presidents - Bush in no way has the evil capacity the Putin does.
