Aplying lube to chain, sprockets, gears, and peddle....yes. Tuning and adjusting gear shifter.....no. Adjusting or replacing brake cables.....no. Adjusting/upgrading the handle bars.....maybe? Adjusting /replace/repair spokes.....no. Seat adjustments.....yes. Adjust/repair//replace chain.....no Adjust/repair/replace shift mechanism.....no And much more! Most people have no idea how much there is to keeping a good bike operating properly.

I do not like Boric, he is useles as a president. So he can ride an skate board and does not make a diference. But in honor to the truth, he actually lives a few blocks from work, so he can actually do the entire trip by bike in a few minutes and it is OK.
