What is mental health? Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.1 Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
My oldest son, Jae is currently in a mental health hospital, because he turned away from being born and raised in a Godly home, with Godly instructions, influence, Christian education, Bible studies and worship, Biblical discipline and punishment, traveled overseas, and to different states, church boys and girls clubs, camping, hiking, etc; yet as a teenager peer pressure started changing him. "Mental illness" is a polished name for "demon possession," which will not happen to any faithful child of God. He wanted to experience the things his new friends were, the worldly pleasures and friendships, violent movies, violent video games at the arcades, smoking, then drugs. He stopped being active in church to not going to church, singing rap songs with endless, outrageous profanity and vulgarism. Then he learned that one of his ancestors - prince Hall started the prince Hall free masons chapter. And like his father and his family, he started exhibiting proudest, a sense of entitlement and more important than others. Sadly, there was a curse placed on his father's family, which people blamed his paternal grandfather for. One day, my son was told by a female friend's father, (who my son told about his several times great-grandfather being prince Hall) that when he was ready to join "the free masons" let him know. I felt sick to my stomach when he told me, and I vehemently warned him that this was a deadly dangerous proposal to consider. I believe he considered it which lead him to start reading books such as "how to summon dmons." (He borrowed this library book and brought to my very religious brother and his family's house in another state. We agreed to burn the book. He when back to the state he was living after making a big commotion like a demon possessed person. Mind you, he stopped living with me and moved back to the state where we lived still his teenager years; because I refused to tolerate his unGodliness and disruptions up to the drug use. I bought him phones which he would throw away or not accept because he believes he was being spied on, But every time we spent time together with my other 2 younger sons, he would take one of our phones and post demonic things on Facebook and sent them to people through social media. This would have me apologizing. Please save your children, nieces, nephews, the neighbour's children, the school children and all who you can from the clutches of Satan! My son whom I dearly love, story is somewhat like the parable of "the prodigal son" Jesus told. Now he has no friends and it's me he calls every day and need me to come see him, and get him out.

When the demands placed on a person exceed their resources and coping abilities, their mental health could be impacted. For example, if someone is working long hours, caring for a relative, or experiencing economic hardship, they may experience poor mental health.
