The judge allowed a guilty verdict if there was 12 votes of guilty from any combination of accusations. This is not law, this is the judge just wanting a headline of “guilty” for elections and it’s a sham. Pretending like this is solid victory is like an adult entering a kids competition and paying off the judge.
