Watch Dogs Legion Operator Locations (Hitman, Spy, Magician, & Statue)

Found the John Wick Hitman from the trailer earlier today. After hours of fast travelling to brewer street I can’t wait to use him in a mission

Imagine "tech savvy operatives", when you look at their profile it's blank, kind of like they use a VPN or Virtual Machine to protect their data, so when you recruit them it more of a surprise and you don't know what you're gonna get!

the alleyway next to the MI-6 building has a good spawn rate for the spy

Here's some spy locations: SIRS building (Northern side, in front of enterable double doors, will spawn in car turnout, mostly evening/night. Fast travel to Pimlico station and head east.) MI-6 (Spawns in alley on eastern side of the building. Mostly evening/night. Fast travel to Vauxhall.) GBB building (Fast travel to Oxford Circus and head north. Will spawn on eastern side in front of a garage door located behind the stairs leading to the roof. Mostly evening/ night.) Russell Square (Fast travel to Holborn and head north into the clothing stores. Spy will spawn on the north end of the stores, South of Russell Square.)

Fortunately I didn't have to find a living statue character she found me I took care of some Albion guards and apparently she liked it and join the team oh and also just to add construction worker I found I think his name is Mark Wong or Wang and he is f****** amazing he's got the right voice and the right outfits

Found the hitman, he was murdering my characters husband...

You said palace so I kept going to buckingham palace all day trying to find the damn spy XD

One thing to remember... it’s not luck, it’s about the schedule they are on. When you load into the game, every character is set, not randomly spawned when you get close. Each person in the world has a set archetype for their location... so maybe come back at a different time of day. And if you get someone you don’t like, then simply kill them and the game will procedurally generate a new npc of that archetype to fill their place.

The hitman all spawn in bald for me. I wonder why haha maybe something to do with bar codes

A drone specialist is right outside your hideout pub. Go across the streets to the small park area the will be one playing around with his drone. Hackers are often near university's and computer firms. I even found an escape driver in freeroamm yesterday I was recuting around 8 hrs or so. I found an anarchist too, what I can say is. Play until you get the first real meeting at the hideout, after the permadeath is unlocked. Then it shows you special operators with a green spot over their heads like in the video sometimes, that will help extremely. When I want new recruits to spawn I had to recruit the old one or kill him, after some ingame hours there is a new one everytime I lokked there around the same time. Remind the characters have a scheduled day, so they are on different points at different times, for example the hitman is working at night so you will find him only at night in Alleys shown here. In daytime they often stand around or talk with people they know, most of them go inside if they go to sleep for example. Only Hobos will sleep outside. And no they don't spawn more often on locations or so. Like I said they have a day shedule and things to do, some of these things are longer in time some are shorter, and they have homes. For example if you had one hitman you don't like and you look there if there is a new one spawned now. No it's not, it will be the same until u recruited him or killed him. Then a new one will be generated.

I found a hitman that has the same backstory as batman

I honestly thought there was going to be some sort of super characters,like an elite spy or an elite albion guard.

Found out where a decent sum of Hackers and Anarchists like to hang out. I've found 2-3 each walking the sidewalks in/around the Camden shops area at night, lot's of people in goth gear with decent perks too. Probably my new favorite recruitment spot. Check it out y'all!

A hitman can also be found in an alley way in the lower left part of Lambeth near MI6

I am struggling to find beekeepers in the parks. Do you know by any chance what time the appear in the parks?

I used 2 hitmen while doing the story as i love the way they can take down people like a boss and they have some decent weapons as well

One place that I found out about for Hitmen is the box collectable at the top right of the mall in the lower left part if the map. Right in top of that marker you'll always find one.

Is there a way to pass time that doesn't include having to have some potential recruit point out a thing for you to go to at a specfic time, like with finding out there's an hitman after them and you can then go to that point on the map and change time?

Next to the the 2nd magican spot there is a little tunnel where you can find a hitman I found one looking like John Wick with light step and a russian accent and I am not sure if its cool

This game is brilliant!

The WATCH_DOGS franchise got so good at this point it's not even funny. Like I said it lacks some little details but they still managed to make the immersison so great with this game oO. I feel like i'm in a living city, this game is awesome (and btw I don't understand how you could say that the driving was similar to WATCH_DOGS 2's driving, because it has nothing in common, it's much better). Honestly this game is sooooo good. The gameplay, the physics, the people, the voice acting, the ester eggs, the enigmas, the world, the graphics, the takedowns and the story too, it's all gorgeous. Yes it's not perfect, and some of those little details put me off because I want the best for this franchise as it's my all time favorite, but everything they did, they did it right and LEGION took it to another level and is, from my point of view, as good as RDR2 and beats any other modern based open world. I'm having a blast with this game. I think the reason why I loved the first game, it's because it was my first open world game, but this one is objectively GREAT. Revolutionizing a franchise while keeping it's identity was no easy task but they did it

Great stuff as always. Questions: I've just started and I don't know if I'm being a dumb@ss or something but why is there an empty slot next to the gadget slot on the wheel and why can't we have more than one gadget at any one time to fill said slot?!.....AND...if we CAN only have one gadget at one time, why can't we swap out that gadget via the menu as and when it is required? I know they're trying to encourage the building of a team with a variety of abilities but it seems @ss over t1t to have to swap each time you want to try a mission or challenge especially when you don't always know what you're going to need to complete them in advance! I've been halfway through a mission and realised it would have been handy to have a different character to finish it! Grrrr!

Apologies devs i was bitching about lack of skill variety well i finaly found. Somebody who can roll thats not a hitman that you dont pay for so they exist but damn this game needs a way to level your recruits, like conan exiles 20 level 3 random perks along the way, i thunk something like that would work well within this game

Hey, I notice your camera seems to be a bit further away from both your characters and vehicles...it seems to be a bit closer for other streamers...is that an option in the game ? Would prefer it that way.
