Watch Dogs -PC Gameplay- R9 270X OC + Xeon E3-1231v3 - Kadzait24 4.0 & SweetFX 

It's funny, I'm building a new PC right now, and I've picked the same CPU and Video Card (except that it's ASUS, instead of Gigabyte). And my RAM is 1600 MHz, instead of 1333. Since I'm building it mainly for Watch Dogs and GTA V, I'd be very happy to know at what FPS do you play it at this level of detail?

I don't know a whole lot about processors but in the description you say 4x 3,4 ghz What does that mean?
