@@deeptimayeemohanty8500 sahi hua ki nhi mene check nhi kiya honestly darr lagta h ki agr thik na hua toh. Kuch remedies try karo jisse with time yeh kum zaroor ho jayega... Squeeze mat karo usse waise hi chhod do, vitamin E capsules khana start kardo, stimulate mat karo nipples ko, aur ho sake toh doctor ko dikhao. Yeh stress ya fir hormone change ki wajah se hi usually hota h.

Ye mujhe b hota rhta h , esa tb hota h jb milk ek jagah se block ho jata h , or breast feeding krate waqt bahut pain hota h ,pr koi tension ki baat nhi h bus us jagah jaha white spot hai roj subah shaam garam paani se sikai kare wo fir thik ho jayega or white spot b chala jyega. 😎😎😎

any other discharge than watery is a signal to see a doctor.

if the pain is during your period, it would seem normal. I haven't heard yet of white dots; i think it needs to be checked

@@zenmohammad2813 doctor asked me what exactly am facing problem. I told her that my nipple is continuously itching so i looked it to closely i saw a white dott i press it and something small white thick substant came out. Same like a puss .She asked did you touch it our scratch it? I said i dont remember .but may be i have scratch. She said show me the picture because i cant able to meet her because of lockdown. She said its just a infection and said to apply a Eberjen cream on it. After that my itching totally gone but...now again it started. So now am taking appoinment for it . Am serously worried about it because am already having a diabetis problem since childhood.

May be your is the infection. When we scratch it with our nails it gets infected because the skin is very delicate over der.
