True it does burn calories but I think her problem is that she let herself go and turned into a oversized slob. I don't know how her dude would even want to get it up. She is right she needs to take responsibility for her weight gain and needs to eat more responsibly as well as exercise and once she loses about 60 pounds she will feel better.
