To me that’s pretty iconic, she has a very successful solo career and had massive worldwide success with her band as well. Everyone knows the name Gwen Stefani. She’s iconic but of course there are just as many haters.

You thought it'd be a good idea for him to do his speech with her lipstick smeared around his lips? She was leaving the stage, for her it didn't matter, but he had to stay there, talk and be filmed and photographed.

Or maybe instead of being so quick to look for something to criticize about a happy moment, use common sense. He is getting ready to have official pictures taken of this event that will displayed all over the media. Pictures with red lipstick smeared all over him wouldn’t look great. She was being considerate.

She has dyslexia and ADD. She gets distracted and tongue tied while giving speeches. She is very good at the written word. That is why she is a recognized songwriter. She wanted to make sure to give her best speech for her husband’s special day. No need to look for something negative about a touching moment.

'too lazy to learn it by heart' Gwen gets extremely anxious when it comes to public speaking, always has. Example: her Stephen Colbert flub. She practiced forever but ended up so nervous that she f'd up anyway. She still flubs the lyrics of songs she's been performing for several decades. New lyrics she tapes to the floor. In interviews, whenever she mentions a number or a year, you can bet it's wrong. It usually is. She hyperventilated and cried her eyes out when she performed 'the end of the world as we know it' with No Doubt and screwed it up. She struggled heavily in school, even though she took it very seriously and tried really hard. Girl doesn't do well with public speaking and learning things by heart. If anyone knows and understands, it's Blake. Her kids are enrolled in a school for kids with language-based learning differences. Throughout that process she found out they inherited these traits through her. It explained why she had always struggled academically, why she had major potential in certain areas but couldn't make it work. We're not all the same, not all of our brains are wired the same way. She succeeded despite it, but some things just don't come naturally to her and probably never will.

I’m lurking because I’m actually a fan of them both. If you’re not, why are you here other than to be negative? Gwen has a 30 year career, is still in demand, still signed to her record label after all these years, has sold over 50 million albums (more than Blake and Miranda combined), just performed at a festival with Pink in London for 75,000 people, has won several fashion awards, had her own fashion label that had over $ 1 billion in sales. All of that and more doesn’t happen without talent. YOU may not like her voice or clothes. If so, don’t watch any of these videos she’s in. Easy fix.
