If I were to approach a friend, and they agree sign a document giving me permission to demonstrate these concepts, is that still Illegal? Would a document like that hold up in court if they were to claim damages?

It is basically a REST-API set up using whatever Python3 Framework. Search for it online. You can write it yourself. They won't post the code anywhere just like how the did it the macros.

You're teaching people to hack , PERIOD,. It's not called defending with friends. These payloads have been modified or defender and antivirus is turned off
yeah 1 day i was looking thru the event monitor & in 1 category , there were repeated instances of something logging on & asking if there were administratolr account with blank password . i never did figure that out lol
its not a meterpreter shell. You can configure it to download and run a meterpreter backdoor and then have that open a reverse connection to you. Also to open it u have to type sessions -i and the session number to open it. That should help.
