You left out a significant situation. If you are in her friend zone and she changes her mind about you, she is "settling" for you and her commitment is only good until she finds someone better. Yea just a week ago I was on a coffee with a girl with whom I matched on Tinder and we had crazy chemistry via texts (even sexting and stuff) but when we met, it was very awkward from the start and I knew from the beginning she didnt care because she didnt think of me as attractive enough. Abundance mindset does work. When I discovered PUA and then read "The Rules" (a women's dating book) it shattered my view of womem. Hey, Wheat Waffles, I have a video clip of my 14 images on Photofeeler with ratings and notes. It is interesting. My lowest rating is 6.1, and this was done by design since I made myself look as arrogant as I could for the image. 5 images are from 7-8 rating. 7 images are from 8-9.7 rating. It all depends on small factors like in one image. I was wearing eyeglasses that looked like sunglasses, so it got rated low, and all notes were about the glasses, lol.

People do experience 'glow ups', especially during their teens and early twenties. I've seen people gain or lose ~3 smv points over 5 or so years. This is possibly the only way a person would ascend, and I did see people escape friend zones during these formative years. Such radical gains become rare to impossible after ones early twenties. Once your body has settled you might be able to gain 1 or 2 points at most by losing weight and maxxing whatever can be maxxed. The best you can hope for then is to retain what you have until the inevitable aging-related decline sets in. This decline starts around age 25 for women and age 30 for men. Then, the only thing you can control is the rate of decline. The single most important and easy to control variable is sun exposure, since 90% of extrinsic skin aging is caused by UV radiation, and skin is the primary indicator of advancing age. So if you're 22+ or so, forget about radical gains. You're not going to grow any taller and your body has pretty much been sculpted. Focus on retaining what you have and don't orbit romantic interests. If they are interested, there's no need to orbit. Genuine attraction will be obvious very quickly and tends to escalate early.

It's true that on average, women go for looks first. That's a well established fact. It's also a fact that men also go for looks first. No matter what anybody says, these are the facts. When I was a student at university many years ago, I had a crush on a girl in my third year class. One day, I was walking behind her and her bestie (they didn't know I was there). I suddenly realised were talking about ME! The friend said to her "It's a pity he's so ugly!". I was shattered, and walked past them in a huff, so they knew I heard. I ended up topping the year, not just in that discipline, but in the whole of Science, and went on to a career as a research scientist. But it wasn't the first or the last time people have been cruel about my appearance, in some cases very directly. Such people have something missing in their lives and do not merit any attention. In my case, I have compensating factors. I am tall and slim (and have remained slim as I have aged). I am highly intelligent and creative, and have made money in my career. I found a wonderful woman on the same wavelength as myself while I was still a graduate student and we are still married and in love nearly 50 years later.
