It's great to see new innovations emerging in the building and construction industry that not only reduce costs but also prioritize environmental sustainability.
May many doors open for you guys this is indeed a good building option. I would love to someday see a house project with a functional roof top that can be utilized like the school ones.
I'm amazed at the lengths of evolution and creativity. Sam from start somewhere the confidence and eloquence he elicits this is the future of construction in Kenya as we live within our means.❤❤
Wow, it's beautiful! You went 4 floors high. You can go 6 floors high. Technology has advanced a lot. Before, you could only build 2 stories high with those kinds of blocks. Congratulations!
Thank you for showing the plastered and tiled bathrooms. These blocks are definitely an option since one doesn't have to worry about small areas of access by insects to the indoors if the walls are plastered and/or tiled.
This guy's seem to have cracked affordable housing. If you give 30% for project management/architect, they could be delivering at half price of conventional building. The precast panels do not have savings , I think
This is the most trust worthy construction using affordable materials ,my question is why can't the gorverment embrace alternative materials to actialise the affordable housing concept ,and support the private enterprenures to fastrck building of houses in the informal sector instead of the gorvernment purporting to do everything
msee 9.8 million is very cheap. Do you guys have predesigned houses with budgets i.e 3 bedroom designed with its budget? Do you charge consultation fees?
