I bought the baby duke day before yesterday and it gave me a mileage of 58.1 kmpl. Calculations: Full tank: trip metre 1 = 0 After 62.8 kms Tank full again = 1.08 litre I used Hindustan Petroleum power petrol which costs about 74.something which is about ₹3 more than the normal petrol. Please note don't feed your ktm with the normal petrol since it is recommended by the company to use lead free and high quality petrol. I rode my bike at under 5000 rpm and at 6th gear for most of the time.
@Tk 220 I went on a short trip to Nainital which is about 140 kms from my place, I didn't face any issues and got a mileage of about 48 kmpl at speeds around 80kmph to 90 kmph. Highest I went on my baby was 113 kmph.

Corrections- Please read it carefully- 1) It comes with Halogen Headlight and LED Tail light. 2) It has a complete look and features similar to Duke200 and also comes with single channel ABS, uses MRF revs tyres, good built quality, costing 1.18Lakh ex showroom Delhi. 3) I got a mileage of 36kmpl which includes off roading too, where I was riding this bike in 1st and 2nd gear for long. One can get 40kmpl in city riding. 4) You can do long rides in this bike. Still If you have any doubt please comment down below.

Not satisfied with mileage I'm getting a decent mileage of 40-43 kmpl from my Yamaha FZ25 250CC (it beats Duke200) and 35-40 kmpl from my RS200 ... The second thing this KTM Duke 125 will surely beat the Resale value of the existing KTM Duke 200 The best part is tyres of the bike and ABS option 👌 And bro wanna meet you my residence is near Kawasaki showroom

Hi Vishal, Can I use this bike for a long trip around 1000 to 1500 km for a week, Or should i go for KTM Duke 200 with dual channel ABS. One more question here, My height is 5'5, so is there any problem with this bike for short rider ?
First of all, you can handle it easily with 5'5, for long rides I will suggest you to go with Duke 200, single channel ABS. More power for long rides.😇🙏

Cbr125r has no plans to get launch in Indian market for now. If you do not want high power and looking for stylish looks with abs and best mechanical features then go with ktm

It wasn’t necessary for KTM to launch 125 cc in India knowing that they make a bit expensive machines. 125 cc for almost 1.5 lacs is crazy. Some people will still buy because its a KTM but in a year or two they are gonna feel that it wasn’t a very wise decision. R15 is one of the best bikes under that price.

@@VishalAnthwal Its really cool to be able to see and hear about bikes that we cannot get in the USA! I do have 2 serious questions. Where can people ride superbikes in Northern India? From my 2 tours there, the roads are too narrow to really utilize all of the speed and power? Where do people go to really use the power? 2nd question is how come no one rides dual sport or motard bikes there (dual sport is half dirt bike half street bike and motard is dirt bike with sticky street tires)? From my experience in India those would be THE BEST choices for the roads there.
Answering to your first question, all superbike and sport bikes riders are too passionate about speed thrills, they usually test, improve and enjoy their skills in mountain roads, we treat mountain roads as race track where we can lean and go with speed. Now the question comes , is it safe???? actually we ride our bikes only on early morning sunday rides so that we do not create any risk or problem for other travellers.
