I like how Kelly dresses down when she’s out and about. She wants to put all the attention on great people, great causes, etc. She’s a great lady with a heart of gold and a golden voice!

This is the show we’ve been needing. I’m tired of all the gossip talk shows just highlighting celebrities for 85% of the show. Kelly’s show highlights equal parts of everything but she makes a stronger focus on highlighting the good people do. This makes her show inspiring and gives every day people the recognition they deserve for their amazing work they do so humbly. I’m tired of talk shows where the hype is just on jokes and celebrities. This shows hype is on doing good and Kelly has made a talk show like no other. I’m so proud to be a Kelly fan.

I had lived at the union rescue mission with my 4 boys for 8 months n now I'm in my own apartment with my rest of my kids the union rescue mission saved my family.

And the Emmy for best talk show host goes too.....

Kelly Clarkson‘s new talk show is going to be the death of me! I literally cannot stop crying! Even though I definitely felt that Kelly was a very genuine famous person it was confirmed for me when Simon Cowell made a point of saying that she is the same person that we see on TV. Kelly is showing what a badass and beautiful woman she is starting and ending with her incredible character as a human being FIRST and not someone that is struggling to compete with all the Hollywood BS! Kelly is in a league of her own! I loved Kelly before but now I just man... sorry still crying... I went through a similar struggle, although not with prison but I did almost lose my children. Fortunately I was able to overcome this as well And thank you Kelley for staying humble and using your celebrity status to make us forget a tough day and also to shed light on situations such as the homelessness population here in Los Angeles. I love how Kelly truly cares and has a heart. She gets emotional all the time and it just shows how much she cares for others.

I notice that kelly didn't wear something fancy nor applying make up when visiting the shelter. I think that's a thoughtful act and how humble she is. She understood that it's not always about her, she used her fame and platform to show people what some good people do in a neighborhood, helping others.

She had Americas heart then. She has it now. The woman is just so down to earth and real that she just is AMAZING plain and simple I am always a Kelly Clarkson Fan

i cant believe just 4 years ago when i moved to cali at 14 with my 15 yr old sister and mom. This was a shelter we stayed at. I'm 18 now and still here but its not easy. The URM was a place that gave us food, shelter, and medicine. I went from living in a 4 bdr house and two cars to nothing but a storage unit and suitcases. This place saved us for those first 2 months of homelessness. Kelly thank you for sharing this place with the world because i brings tears to my eyes just knowing how 14 yr old me endured a traumatic situation like this give people hope with my story.

Lengthy post alert 😅 Several things stood out for me in this clip: 1. Alexandra Monsibaez, URM PR Coordinator, saying “she’s *an* addict,” not was. Gave me the goosies for some reason. You can hear the regrets through her words as if it never left her despite being 14 years clean. 2. Kelly stayed throughout to celebrate the birthday party and broke down in tears mid taping. 3. Rosalind’s (sp) face, URM resident, being so happy for Alexandra when she was gifted with the uni admission. 4. Also, Megan Trainor’s instant reaction with that cutest laugh! TL;DR Seeing people being kind and so supportive for each other really made my day.

I think you’ve found your calling! You are an awesome singer, I adore your voice and talent. I think though, helping people with this newest platform, may just be your true soul’s calling. I adore you and salut you, Ms. Kelly Clarkson! May you help countless others, for a long time to come!

And when things touch you, your tears just come so naturally, it's impossible not to cry with you. I certainly did.😢😭 I only just recently became a subscriber to your RU-vid channel, but I'm so glad I did. This show is wonderful, because you're wonderful. This episode hits differently when you’ve lived on Skid Row at the Union Rescue Mission. My ma, 3 siblings, and I moved to California in 2012 when we were younger. We unwillingly had to move to a shelter when finance became crippled. I remember our first day as our cab pulled up in front of the shelter. Not gonna lie. It was not an easy evening because the idea and the life of homelessness and Skid Row were foreign to us. I still have my shelter badge ID picture to this day. Praise be to God.

So inspirational, you are changing the world
