I have has Kirby vacuums for over 30 years and I have only used the portable shampoo 1 or 2 times. Never seemed to get a good result. Maybe worth another try
I have only used mine a lot on rugs and mats with great results. Also done my parents carpets a few times with shampooer due to them only using Dyson . Hense a lot of dirt left in there carpets over the yrs .👍👍
