Jennifer Farber Dulos vanished on May 24, 2019. Dulos, a mother of five, was in the midst of a divorce and custody battle with her former husband, Fotis Dulos. Michelle Troconis and Fotis Dulos were in a relationship during the time of Jennifer's disappearance. Troconis is accused of conspiring with Dulos to murder Jennifer and cover up the killing. Jennifer’s body has never been found and it is assumed that she is dead. Michelle Troconis now faces trial for her alleged role in this brutal crime.

She may have not been involved in the actual taking of Jennifer's life. However, Troconis knew it had happened and played a part in destroying evidence. Troconis absolutely knew of Jennifer's demise. Period.

Troconis knew Dulos left his phone at home and knew to answer his phone for his friend from Greece. This was done with great intentionality in order to create an alibi. She literally answered Dulos’s phone while he was in New Cannan murdering Jennifer! These are two facts which establish that Troconis was complicit With the granular details of the planning and execution of Jennifer’s murder.

I wonder did Jennifer ever fear her husband prior to his relationship with MT. If not, MT was one of the main reasons he killed the mother of his kids as she was obsessed with him & probably was threatening to leave him if he didn’t do something. She wanted to move to Greece and knew he wouldn’t go without his kids, so she was the driving force. If she was a decent human being, she would have came forward immediately instead of protecting a killer. She basically brainwashed him to be the hit man. He was not a good human either so she knew it would be easy. Lock her up & throw away the key.

There are two things that are important! Jennifer phone is connected back at 2pm. dulos was already in Farmington ? No one asked a bout the unknown fingerprint. There is another person involved.. Pawel was in newcannan at the time.. And MT was in a call with her mom were was her Mom? Who was working the fireplace? Mawwini is clear he wanted to kill his wife he had the grave ready! TWISTED 😢

So many unanswered questions in this case that create doubt no matter how much people want MT to be crucified. What about the fact that Pawel was still in New Canaan when Jennifers phone pinged off her car in the afternoon? Fotis was back home by then. Does that not raise questions? So many questions as to what actually happened and who was involved. Why did state choose to believe Pawel (the man who was sweating bullets and removing seats from his own car) and choose not to believe Michelle? I’m not saying she wasn’t involved in some way but the state has provided a very incomplete picture of what exactly happened to Jennifer and it does create doubt. I could see jury coming back guilty on tampering and hindering but the conspiracy could go either way. Only takes one juror to have doubt.

Any involvement Pawel may or may not have had, doesn't eliminate or explain MT's part. I absolutely do think the state showed sufficient evidence that she knew before the heinous act occurred. To start, she was there first thing that morning manipulating FD's phone. She was around throughout the day in various places. She knew, no doubt in my mind. However, I have a feeling at least 1 juror will feel unsure...so their discussions will be interesting (if only we could hear!).

Personally, I think the majority of people screaming GUILTY are doing so b/c of the fact MT was with a married man. My feeling about her is that she saw a rich man who could provide a comfortable lufe and blindly followed him. I believe she knew she should leave him (maybe used her desire to move to CO as an ultimatum in the relationship) but didn’t (NOT b/c she was planning to commit murder). People on the chat are saying that MT was manipulating FD, but i truly believe he was such a HUGE narcissist, he used MT (and her blind devotion to him) as a scapegoat. I think he lied to everyone that a custody resolution was at hand, but knew he was losing, went to JD home and made her "unalive". I think the Defense made a grave error not having the Lawyer who will be tried for conspiracy take the stand. Even if he plead the 5th, the jury would have known there was possibly another person helping Fotis cover up M. They did not clarify to the Jury why her understanding of English or how she answered LE’s questions were different from an English speaker. There are many cultures that will reply yes/indeed as a form of acknowledgement, not necessarily in agreement. I don’t think she had knowledge beforehand, but after the fact is 50/50. This is not a clear cut case. Jury will have to talk this one out for awhile, IMO

I tend to agree. He was a huge narcissist and it seemed he wasn't really rich; he just leached off others especially his ex wife and her family, and was in huge debt. He probably felt trapped and needing money and so resorted to the unthinkable. It does worry me how many people in the chat are just going "guilty guilty guilty" about Michelle. There really is not much hard evidence . When he was disposing of stuff it was 3 stops (not 31 as the police misclaimed in her interview) and she was on the phone all the time to her friend. She dropped some chewing gum down a drain; ok a bit bizarre but she said it was sticky and she had nowhere to put it. Look at the way Fotis manipulated his employee ; threatening him basically to get the seats changed in the truck, telling him what to do or else... Maybe iMichelle got sucked in by him ( narcissists are initially charming) and thenhen found herself in a big mess? She was planning to move , so where would that fit in? There is always the feeling that someone needs to pay for these terrible crimes and because Fotis conveniently unalived himself the focus is shifting to Michelle in my opinion. If the people watching online are anything to go by she will be found guilty ,but I think her complicity was minimal. He was the narcissist. She is not giving me those vibes .

Why give Pavel immunity? Because they knew they could not get him beyond accessory or interfering with the investigation. So they flipped him to prosecute Fotis - which was what the majority of the trial was about. They were successful in prosecuting and convicting the dead guy for the murder. They are stretching to get MT implicated in a plot or the actual murder. There was a ton of evidence around MT as an accessory perhaps, but very little direct or even circumstantial evidence that she was involved in the murder. She didn't lure JD anywhere, she did not act with anyone else to lure or set up JD, the DNA was weak as to implicating her in murder. I think that there is reasonable doubt enough that MT knew anything about the murder or consciously acted in support of murder. FD was a control freak why would he divulge anything to her, when he could bully her around?

She most definitely should be found guilty of tampering with evidence and hindering the investigation. The fact that she drove 10-12 miles each way to Hartford, CT from 4 Jefferson Xing in Farmington with Fotis illegally dumping what 20 garbage bags all over a bad neighborhood AND wiped her hands on a filthy sidewalk. Come on! He was a contractor who built mansions. What contractor wouldn't have a dumpster at the Mountain Spring Road build?? That was going to be a 1.5 million dollar+ home. I highly doubt Fotis, who was known as a womanizer, would ever leave his phone at home. And the day his wife was murdered? Let alone would she ever be able to answer it. The Greek friend's call & meme was planned the night before. To provide Fotis with an alibi of sorts.

The State has barely demonstrated homicide, not murder, by Fotis. Subsequently showing MT's criminal involvement, is completely absent. MT is guilty of only having an intimate relationship with Fotis.
