Defense counsel did a great job of discrediting former detective Velasquez, they cast doubt on his investigative practices. Why should he erase what a witness says if he determines it to be a lie? That's not his duty, because it's not mentioned in the Standard Operating Procedures which he doesn't know after 17 years!

Steele can say “heehaw heehaw” and you people would say, “What an amazing lawyer.” I didn’t see anything of substance asked by Steele. He asked “What is blood splatter? Is that a passenger door? Is that the driver side?Are these pictures? Did you take these pictures?” 😂 Guaranteed nobody is going to time stamp anything of substance, and I’m either going to be ignored or attacked by people who got no sense.
