If you want a legitimate answer, the guy is a very very experienced legislature. I'm not a big fan of his, but he's been part of the "Gang of 8" in congress for a decade now. He's been making decisions you'll never hear about for awhile. He's been in the spotlight as far as presidential nods for 3 cycles now. I’d be fine with Rubio replacing McConnell as Sen leader, but I’m weary of him as VP pick. I will admit that he probably helps more electorally than most candidates. I just don’t want Trump to pick another establishment VP

Rubio is a RINO. He is like Lindsey Graham, always playing the conservative but never there when the water gets hot.

I’m a lifetime Floridian, and I want to one more time say that I DO NOT want Marco Rubio as our vice president. He would be 1,000% better than Kamala Harris. I have issues with him from several years ago and had decided I would not vote for him to remain our Senator in Florida. He realized his mistake and quickly changed his position, so I did end up voting for him, twice now. Not that he was so great, but he was much better than who he was running against. I still don’t trust him. It wouldn’t be the end of the world, should Trump pick him, but I feel there are much better candidates to be considered. Just my opinion!!!
