@@Kyle-Russell We know for a fact that one of the former sales people were one of their top sellers and was considered a prodigy in the industry due to their selling skills and horological knowledge in contrast to their young age. Another former sales person did so well in sales that Roman and Adrian carved out a significant portion of an episode to specifically celebrate that person's success by gifting him a watch (not even the prodigy got that kind of honor). And another former sales person basically got his own mini-episodes to show off his watch expertise around vintage Rolexes and was always spotlighted every time an episode includes any dealings in the Diamond District. Those individuals were not just your run-of-the-mill sales schmucks. Each one I mentioned contributed significantly to Luxury Bazaar's success. And to even suggest that they weren't earning their keep tells me you haven't been paying attention to the day-to-day episodes of Luxury Bazaar.

I see Dom is still in a few videos but he's not in the official team website so either he's still doing part time watch sales or Adrian is not yet convinced Dom is worth it as a full-time employee so Dom remains in 1099 purgatory. Marco, Machine Gun Chris, Peter, David, Nick, and Sabina are all gone.

Yeah right 😂 every price he tells you he couldn’t find you . I’ve offered him a $50k finders fee , a $20k finders fee to find me a watch at the prices he’s telling us to pay for them ! He just spits random shittt ! There’s been times where one week he says “ don’t pay more for this watch and dropping dropping dropping” Then the very next week he brings up the same watch and his price is higher 😂 I thought it was dropping dropping dropping 🤦🏻‍♂️

Be patient, the global recession is just in its infancy and will last for another 12-18 months. Just because you see the SGMWD list ridiculous 2021/2022 prices on their websites you have to ask yourself how many are they actually selling at their advertised prices? I can tell you ZERO. Next thing you know they’ll have to liquidate their inventory just to become liquid and will take the big L to do so! Watch and learn, simple economics here: excess supply and no demand = major correction and thus precipitous drop in prices! That said, I am eyeing to pick up a mint AP 15503BC.1202 for $55k, BNIB Rolex Pepsi White Gold Meteorite dial for $40k, BNIB VC 222 Jumbo Yellow Gold for $65k or a Mint Rolex Daytona Mayer in Yellow Gold for $55k. I am supremely confident these watches will be for the taking at my prices within the next 18 months. The key here is to be patient and sweat out the SGMWD’s as they will have to liquidate and sell at these prices or go bankrupt!! 😂

The news is great that the watch market is growing. I want to see you hit $200 million plus in your calendar year, no one deserves it more. AP really does need to release their new quartz watches slowly, but they will sell. Beautiful frosted models look great, women should be snapping these up. The skeletons are really very special It appears AP is going after the women's market. AP is definitely turning out the heat! FP Journe has built a beautiful final LE, very beautiful, worth the attention of a true watch collector. IWC's luminous watch is insane, you can't put it on the night stand, it's probably brighter than any nightlight. RM Flying Tourbillon is really a great looking watch, but Adrian is probably lying right about Rafa. Great episode, thanks for bringing us the news.😊

Two reasons I’m less interested in luxury watches. 1. Fake Chinese watches are getting so good that they are almost impossible to distinguish without close inspection by a professional. So if you wear a fake on a casual basis, who’s gonna know? 2. The possibility of getting robbed or even worse when wearing a luxury watch.

New times, new money, lots of young generation coming from familys with money. As a 45 year old I can see how times changed in the last years. When I was young you could not see 20 year old people wearing 10, 20, 30 k watches. Instagram played a big role in people going more and more tu luxury item brands from LVMH and expensive watches.

Great watches make good content. Watch prices frustrate a lot of us and this is represented in the comments. Doesn’t take away from you guys’ knowledge. LB promotes the most hyped watches to generate buzz but I assume they make most of their money on steel sports model Rolex watches just like everyone else. If you are frustrated by watch prices look at aftermarket Breguet, Frank Muller, Daniel Roth, Cartier, JLC, and Grand Seiko. All of these sell below retail on the secondary market and they all make really beautiful time pieces. Guaranteed LB will source one for you and below retail.

Not sure about the $2 million on 27-05. Adrian's point resonates well; he literally lost on the day this was officially announced. How many people are signing up to buy the most expensive watch in the series, one that will never be associated with any sort of victory in his career? Not to mention, they added thirty pieces to this run, equating to an extra $35,000,000 worth of watches on the market. Every run of the previous 27's was produced in 50 pieces, with a few off-catalog limiteds in the 01-02 lines. I also have to agree with Roman that 27-05 shoots directly to the top. This was the biggest jump horologically since the 02. The 03-04 models were essentially just the 02 with updated case structures. At 15 grams, it's almost 18 grams lighter than the 67-02 on the strap, which is almost unfathomable. Not to mention, they added a flying tourbillon for the first time. Bravo to Richard Mille on the 27-05; it's a masterpiece.

The truth is many of the comments are TROLLS grossly exaggerating that the watch market is dead. It’s not dead, it’s relatively stable in comparison to last 2 years with some minor fluctuations on “certain pieces “slightly” coming down. That is the most precise and accurate state of the market. Roman is also bias from the standpoint of being “overly optimistic” no matter what the market is doing. He has to be, he sells watches for a living. So yes you have to be careful and critical about Romans take on things too. At the end of the day these guys are salesman. That does not make them dishonest, just slightly skewed or bias in their analysis which is also based on a small sample size of data they use (their own sales). The most precise way to determine the market conditions is watching and listening multiple dealers on multiple pieces, transaction history and current pricing across the US. Talk to a few dealers on certain pieces in LA, NY, FL etc.
