I’m a Google PM that does PM interviews… unfortunately for everyone else, the bar has been raised and everyone’s interview just got harder!🎉 (its a joke) In all seriousness, anyone studying for a PM interview should use this as a guide for how to do a GTM strategy.
What about budget allocation for each of the activities and tracking expenses for using e.g. Fiverr freelancers and influencers? I imagine you'd have a specific amount allocated for rolling out your plan that you'd have to report on. How would you go about managing that? I really enjoyed this video and the execution plan, but I feel that the financial side of the GTM strategy is missing from an otherwise great series. Would love to see a video on that. ☺

best way is to use native analytics platforms (ex: Google, FB, RU-vid, slack) then pull all the stats to aggregate in a single spreadsheet or custom dashboard
Nice video! Like the layout and the plan, but im curious from a PMM perspective how and who should be executing on these individual apects and what the resources are in terms of that - for example it's simple to say we'll use guest bloggers and influencers to promite organically, but for a pre-launched product from a small startup that is much easier said than done. I'm also curious about how or if you determine budgets and performance targets for the paid aspects that you include!

Nice video and insightful template for GTM But I have a questions, do you have any frameworks or strategy when KPI is not achieved after post launch i.e. kpi is 10000 users signup in 3 months but after 2 months you only got 90 users or something like this
Good video, but your reliance on FB groups isn't realistic. Too many people tried to do this and most admins will remove you for linking to your own content.
true but it can work if you start by contributing to fb group, then organically bring up your content down the road (and only share link when people ask for it)
