You're definitely. the boss of compin, you took 15% off a 2-story because you used a single-story comp, so is 15% universal?

That can't be universal though. Living in a community where 80% are two story homes and not enough sold to comp, I hd to use 1 story homes (20% of them). NO appraiser reduced the comp due to that 1 vs 2 story
